Review: On May 30, 2015 I took a 2000 bmw z3 for a motor replacement. At that time I took a motor I purchased used for 1000.00 to place in bmw. Owner [redacted] stated he would do the motor exchange for 1428.00. He asked for a 700.00 down payment paid to shop manager [redacted] per [redacted] instructions. He stated car would be ready in 19 hours. Followed up in 5 days he then stated 3 days. Then he stated 2 more days he then asked for two weeks etc. today I had to get police involved to get my unfinished car out of garage. I have no idea if he has damaged the motor bought for vehicle and he is refusing to give back 700.00 today is July 10th. I incurred expenses of rental cars, humiliated ha bing to call police, cursed by his employee, two towing bills.and refusal to give back 700.00.Desired Settlement: Refund of 700.00367.00.
