I Love that Place !!!! Always Good Services, oil change, detailingPeople friendly.My wheels are as clean as the car.(dirty wheels are like having a suit on with muddy shoes )

I went to here on 1/30/and wanted a car washI then realized they could detail the inside of my car so I asked if they could add that onWhen I went in to ask, a gentleman approached me about getting an oil changeI normally go to the same place for my oil changes but decided to give them a shotAbout minutes later I was told my car was all doneI went out to my car to discover they didn't do the inside and didn't do the towel dry either that I paid additional forI then had to run around trying to find the correct person to talk toThey told me they would run my car through the wash again and get it taken care ofWell because of that my car got pushed to the back of the line and I had to wait another hourI then told the man after waiting another hour that I was upset that I paid for everything and they acted like it would be no big deal to add on these services, then they messed up and now I am having to waitHe then has the RUDE manager come outThe Manager doesn't

I am rejecting this response because:I would like to first say how disappointing I am in your level of customer serviceI don’t know about you but if you spent almost dollars on a service that almost did damage to your car because this company didn’t do it properly and left a huge mess on your driveway would you really want to take your vehicle back into this establishment (keep in mid already had a rough start with you car wash services)? I appreciate you offering to have someone come out to my house in Kiowa to clean my drive way but as previously stated you have not bothered to return any of my phone calls in regards to this matterI will keep denying the responses you give me until you do what is correct and give me a refund which I think any person in there right mind would agree I am more then deserving ofYou have since made yourself and your company look this much more unprofessional by not doing
The correct or honorable thing to do as a business ownerI have given my phone number to you through this email before to allow you guys to come clean my drive way but have yet to hear from you or your establishmentSo you are providing claims of what you are willing to do if you will not respond or call mePlease stop wasting both of our times and do the correct thing as a business owner. For starters, my name is [redacted] and I have never spoken to ms. [redacted]. she spoke to [redacted]. I am the person she wants to speak to and she is welcome to call me any time.
ms. [redacted] has a scratch on her car and [redacted] examined it for her. ...

he told her that it does not appear to be a scratch that could have been caused by one of our guys. he also told her that as a courtesy we would be willing to buff the scratch out free of charge. after all, she was a customer and we wanted to keep her.
she disagreed with his professional opinion that the scratch was likely not caused by our personnel. that is her right. we are all allowed to have our own opinions. unfortunately, during a professional discussion, she became agitated and in front of 10 witnesses, she yelled at [redacted], "you know what? [redacted]!"
at that point, [redacted] refused to continue to engage her and she left.
there is no reason for that kind of attitude or language and we do not allow it in our place of business. we do not allow it from our employees or our customers. ms. [redacted] can come use our car wash if she pleases on a time by time basis but she is not welcome to be a member any more. we have the right to refund her money and terminate her membership. it is very clear in the membership agreement.
we have over 4000 members and have been doing this program for almost 10 years. she is the second person in all that time ever to be terminated. this was a very unusual and disturbing incident for all involved. this was a professional disagreement that for some reason, she turned into a profane personal attack. there were 10 witnesses. even though I was not there, between the eye witness accounts and the surveillance video there is no doubt in my mind what happened.

We have reviewed this very carefully and we have decided that the facts of this case do not warrant a refund.  Thank you.

hi, my name is scott and this is the first I have heard of this.  first of all I am very sorry that the customer was not happy and we would love to make this right.   it sounds like we have two issues: #1 unhappy with interior services and #2 oil filter not tightened, leaving oil...

on the driveway.  let's go through these one at a time.#1 I am sorry that your car took so long to be cleaned.  we all go about our daily chores with a limited amount of time and when something takes much longer it can throw our whole day off.  you said that the manager on duty "through in a free interior for next time." that was his way of compensating you for your time lost.  i am sorry if you found that unsatisfactory.  i am happy to refund your money for that service if you would prefer.  Simply come in to the shop, return the card he gave you for the free cleaning and bring a copy of your receipt that shows what you paid and I will refund it no questions asked.  this cleaning is not on the lube shop invoice that was included with the packet I was sent from Revdex.com. #2  once again let me please apologize.  that is not the way we like to do business.  i am sorry for the mix up, we never got your phone message.  we would have responded immediately.  i would have responded personally.  please bring your vehicle in.  we will top off the oil.  if you already purchased oil, bring in your receipt and we will absolutely pay you for it.  furthermore, we are happy to send a cleaning crew to your house to clean your driveway.  nobody wants oil stains on their driveway and we are happy to power wash your driveway for you. once again, please accept my apology that you were unhappy with your service.  we strive to make all our customers happy and when there is a problem we sincerely try to rectify it.
