The credit for this return was processed on our end on 9/9/@ 7:22am - We disclose that returns processing takes 1-business days from the receipt of your itemThe to days is to allow time for our returns department to go through all returns that have come through, properly inspect the
item and then process the creditCustomers like to feel that their return is the only return a company has and should only take a few minutes from the time tracking shows it was received
In the real world all packages delivered including returns are signed for in bulk meaning we have deliveries many times throughout the day that contain hundreds of boxesThis customers package was not delivered as a off, we sign for deliveries/packages in bulkWe then process returns on first come first serve basis and must inspect each returnIn this case we set up his return on 9/per his request, we sent him a prepaid label to use however he did not use itHis return was credit within days of the return being set upThe credit processing on our end was completed as stated above on 9/9/@ 7:amThe customers bank may take 1-business days to post that credit to his account however they will have record of when they received it
We worked quickly for this customer as we do for all our customers and have our policies and practices clearly outlined on our siteWe receive hundreds of returns daily and it takes a couple days to go through them, inspect them and process the creditWe apologies this was not done to his satisfaction

There is nothing to reject, the facts are clear and correct. We clearly disclose our return policy and practices which includes the following info "Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. It can take 1–2 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received" this is from http://www.motosport.com/about/returns.
The credit was processed within the 2 business day window. We have transitional records indicating this as does your bank. Banks take an added 1-3 days to fully credit your funds back to your account (if you don't believe us check with your bank representative).
We apologize you were frustrated by the process however we have been clear and upfront with all of our practices.

Myself nor MotoSport received notification of this complaint. My response to this is below, please re-open this Complaint and update the record.
As the customer states, he ordered the incorrect tire. When he contacted MotoSport for assistance we offered him every option...

available to help rectify the situations. First we provided a discounted Return label for him to use, the cost to him had he paid for the return of this item would have been well over 25$, we provided one to him at $12.70. We opened up a return authorization for him and indicated he could return the item and purchase the correct tire he needed.
Return authorization was set up on 6/4/2016 – his initial contact date with MotoSport
We informed [redacted] on June 6th that we would provide a discounted return label at 12.70 – He refused this offer and became belligerent with our employees attempting to help him. We have all calls associated with his interactions recorded.
Prepaid return label was generated and provided to him based on his request on 6/20/2016.
The return was received on 6/23/2016 and credit was provided back to [redacted].
We provided all options and allowed for the return without question.

That is the most absurd excuse I have ever been offered.   It sure does not take them or the bank to charge me 3 days.  In fact it is normally less than 5 minutes.  Yet now I am supposed to accept it takes anywhere up to one week to credit this back.   That is totally unacceptable and I do Not accept their apology.Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
