The message is full of half truths and misconceptionsLies if you likeI did not speak with the company my daughter didThere are no "Terms and Policies" anywhere on their website regarding pricing errorsMaking them liable and accountable with no exceptionsThis is why my daughter refused the offers and why I am refusing them as wellI have come to realize this must be some sales gimmick to lure you to their websiteI feel this way because I shopped around and found this saleA great saleI watched this site for over a month and the price did not changeI ordered the jackets and they confirmed the saleHow I could be the only person in the world to find this! I must have been though or they would have corrected the price on the website if they are such a responsible companyIf not, if I was not the first person to find this sale, then it would have been a deliberate actThis company wants to gamble that they can reel the customer into the game and then they bully them into another purchaseI am not falling for thatI hope you can see through this gimmick and hold them responsible enough to honor my purchase in good faithI am only asking for the items I purchased at the price I purchased them atIf it would have happened at a store the store would have to honor the price and sold the item

I am willing to accept two other jackets only for the price I paid for the first two jacketsThe jackets I am willing to accept are sku number *** and the second jacket I would accept would have the sku number ***The only way I will accept these jackets is if they are for the price I paid for my first two jacketsThis will not be a big loss to your company. This can be resolved.

I spoke with the customer on the phone to resolve the issue.  I apologized for our team making a pricing mistake.  I believe this was driven by a data error via API feed from the manufacture.  This does happen and we do protect our selves from these mistakes in our terms and policies....

We have the right to cancel and refund any order.  However, we always try to help the customer and get them what they want for the best price.  I offered a full refund to the customer immediately but they would not answer.   I also gave them multiple options to choose another item and I would send it to them at cost with free shipping.  I offered them to choose any range of products.  My offer would still cause a loss for my business by shipping the customer the product they ordered at our cost with free shipping. We are not willing to ship a two coats at a loss of $400.  Usually when a deal is to good to be true well there you have it is to good to be true.  We are not willing to ship a coat for $11.00 when it's true value is $239. Thanks

We strive to have great company values and customer best practices.  We are a very sound company with values that we hold in our culture.  We wish you the best and hope that you can find the coat you have purchases some where else for $11.00 if you do not choose one of the options we have offered. thanks
