I spoke with the customer on the phone to resolve the issue I apologized for our team making a pricing mistake I believe this was driven by a data error via API feed from the manufacture This does happen and we do protect our selves from these mistakes in our terms and policies We have the right to cancel and refund any order However, we always try to help the customer and get them what they want for the best price I offered a full refund to the customer immediately but they would not answer I also gave them multiple options to choose another item and I would send it to them at cost with free shipping I offered them to choose any range of products My offer would still cause a loss for my business by shipping the customer the product they ordered at our cost with free shippingWe are not willing to ship a two coats at a loss of $ Usually when a deal is to good to be true well there you have it is to good to be true We are not willing to ship a coat for $when it's true value is $Thanks
