I am rejecting this response because:
They have taken no responsibility for this issue from the beginning...and now have placed the blame on me for not getting with *** when they told me they were going to take the 1st steps I made a face-to-face visit with the store in early July and nothing happened yet again It was only after my Revdex.com complaint that even the smallest of steps were taken.The claim with *** is still pending and I would like to keep this complaint open until a resolution is determined.Thank you
First problem of responding as discussed was the complaint went to a former employee, we failed to notify the Revdex.com, of the change in contact information, which now has been corrected. The original complaint from the client was he had a stain on his sectional, he was directed to [redacted] who...
carries the extended warranty for an additional 5 years.We didn't here anything for sometime, thought it was handled.Follow up from client was received that the fabric had faded, the fabric warranty is one year through Ethan Allen.After review it was apparent the sun faded the pieces that were placed in direct sun light.Once I became aware of the complaint, I forwarded to Ethan Allen the response was the fabric was out of warranty with no further review.To my knowledge the client was/has moved to [redacted]. I instructed our customer service manager to suggest the client contact the local Ethan Allen store in [redacted] to pursue other options.
