I have been shopping Mott and Bow for years. I have over 40 pair of pants and about 20 t-shirts. In the past I loved the product. They are not cheap, but fit me well and are very comfortable. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in early June. They sent a pair I didn't want telling me they didn't have the size I ordered. That was unacceptable, if they didn't have my size (33x30 pretty standard size)... they should have given me a chance to order what I wanted, not want they wanted.
For the past 4 weeks I have gone back and forth with emails trying to get another acceptable pair of jeans. All I've gotten in the royal runaround forcing me to do all kinds of paperwork and more emails. They now want me to send 1 pair with one label another pair with a second label and resend all the paperwork previously sent. The credit they issued was for only one pair of jeans although they wanted me to return both pairs back.
Liz and Carlos have only made a mess of things and have lost a valuable multi-year customer. So, I'm done M&B you lost me for life. You screwed up the original order, you did not respond to the reported customer issues in a timely manner and you haven't issued the return docs and refund properly. I will make sure to let as many people know that I can reach. DO NOT SHOP MOTT AND BOW. I want be back!
