I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI too am very meticulous, and I only had to keep up with three pairs and get them back in the box and shipped, which is exactly what I did. This is not my fault, and I do not accept their “offer” to not charge me  for a pair of jeans that I have actually paid for! I need no response from Revdex.com or Mott and Bow after this. I don’t need to see them copy and paste the same response over and over again. They can negotiate with my credit card company.

We have a return policy on unworn, unwashed, undamaged items. Unfortunately, both jeans from order [redacted]  were returned after being worn. The [redacted] confirmed 'two jeans definitely belong in BAD location. The jeans were definitely worn as you can still see the how the jeans...

Order [redacted]: We received this order back into our warehouse and immediately contacted the customer about how she would like us to proceed with this return (either a refund or an exchange). We never had a reply to our emails, nor did she place the online request required for us to process...

returns. We would have gladly issued a refund to this customer, if she would have only left us know that that is what she wanted us to do for this return. Early September, she contacted us saying she had placed a dispute with her credit card processor for this return. That was the first time she contacted us. We told her that if she would've withdraw from the dispute, she'd been refunded immediately. As she denied our offer, this refund remains blocked. It's now all on the bank's hands.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have told me they would issue a refund before, they have not.  There is no problem working with [redacted] to issue a refund.  It is very standard business practice and all they have to do is call [redacted] if they are having trouble.  It is not complicated and does not require a full assessment or several weeks or months to complete.  This has been going on for months and [redacted] was stunned that they were suggesting [redacted] is the problem.  [redacted] has claimed that they have not reached out at all and issuing a refund is very simple.  Any merchant can do it.  If they are struggling there is a merchant help line to assist them in sorting it out.
