We reopened this case and it was once again confirmed that the jeans were indeed used and washed by the customerThe [redacted] reported ''The two jeans definitely belong in BAD locationMski-Orch-21Mo-26xwas definitely worn as you can still see the how the jeans stretched in the knee areasIt also has an extremely high smell of a flower scented perfume that most likely came from a detergent or softener.'' As a sign of good will we decided not to charge the tpair that was also returned in bad in conditions by the customerHowever, we can't issue a refund for the main pair returned in bad conditionsOur return policy states that items must be returned in pristine conditions (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) in order to qualify for a refund or an exchangeThis case is now closed

Order [redacted] : We received this order back into our warehouse and immediately contacted the customer about how she would like us to proceed with this return (either a refund or an exchange)We never had a reply to our emails, nor did she place the online request required for us to process returnsWe would have gladly issued a refund to this customer, if she would have only left us know that that is what she wanted us to do for this returnEarly September, she contacted us saying she had placed a dispute with her credit card processor for this returnThat was the first time she contacted usWe told her that if she would've withdraw from the dispute, she'd been refunded immediatelyAs she denied our offer, this refund remains blockedIt's now all on the bank's hands
