Review: We dropped our car off with them today while we ate a late lunch with friends. We came back and someone at the garage had locked the keys in our vehicle, so we were stuck. Things happen. I get it. They say fifteen minutes to get a [redacted] on site to slim jim our car to get them out. 30 or so minutes later he shows up and gets it open in 5-10 minutes. During the entire fiasco, we were patient and kind. On their end, never did they offer one apology; there wasn't even a shred of inclination that they thought this was even unfortunate. We missed an appointment, my wife was later for a dinner for a departing friend, and we had to drive like maniacs to get our friends to the airport on time for their flight (they were going to take the train). Again, things happen; I get it. That said, I politely asked the [redacted] for our money back for the inconvenience, and he wouldn't refund our parking fee! He then stated that he had done us a favor, that he had helped us, and that it was our fault for them locking the keys in the car because he claimed our car had some sort of auto-lock. This after they had parked the car themselves, locked the doors, and then left the keys in the passenger seat. Our fault he claims, rudely, and aggressively! Since when is it our fault when we hand the keys to a parking attendant and they lock the keys inside the car? Again, we don't typically get upset about things easily, but this behavior was outrageous. $25 is a small amount of money for the amount of time I've taken to enter this complaint and also my negative reviews of this garage online, but this bad behavior on their part deserves some notice.Desired Settlement: As I asked [redacted] in the first place, I would like my money refunded, which seems to me a no-brainer given the circumstances. In my opinion, [redacted] should also have to receive some sort of training in basic customer service, but that is up to his [redacted], and also perhaps basic life skills, including instruction in the use of the words, "we're sorry to have inconvenienced you."
