Actually I believe what *** * says MrY*** came to my home on 11-19-He has this wonderful speech prepared about what a christian he isThat gains any ones trustI believe with my heart that he pulled apart the vent from my unit, Then told me that my outside unit had a leak, I have lost my fee onMy son said to turn on the air and spray soapy water on it It will bubble if it has a leak No leaksAnd I was told my unit was had mold in itMrY*** reminds me of the fireman who sets the fire to be a hero to come in and put the fire outBig egoHow sadUsed to be if you work hard and are fair and treat people right a person makes a wonderful reputationHe could have a great business if he would quit lyingAnd I am a christian

Claimed my heat pump had a bad reversing valve (not the issue at allTook another pro less than mins to diagnose and another min to fix)Took a call from a customer and complained about that customer and another leaving a bad review on Revdex.comShared negative information about a former employerClaimed the manufacturer did not show my equipment as being registered so the reversing valve was not coveredClaimed he did not have a clean container to reclaim and reuse the refrigerantSo it would cost me $400- $Gave him the warranty information and he said he would pickup part next dayAfter a few unanswered calls and text he said he got the partAfter a few difficult days trying to answers on when he can fix my system I called the office where I got conflicting second hand information (I concluded he did not want to fix my system because I did not want to pay for a part that was covered under warranty)Lucky for me MrY*** was very unreliable and unresponsiveThe fix to my problem was a $dollar part
GARY Y*** JR * *** *** CELLHAS REFUSE TO GIVE ME A COPY OF THE ESTIMATE THAT HE SENT IN TO *** *** *** STATING AMOUNT OF FREON AND SHOW ME HE USED THE RIGHT FREON HE CHARGED ME FORHE TOLD ME BACK WHEN WORK WAS DONE THAT THE FREON USED WAS $A POUND , TOTAL $ ( THAT IS THE PRICE FOR R-) MY SYSTEM USES R410A ( WHICH IS WHAT ANOTHER COMPANY USE MAY CHARGING TOTAL $) ALSO I'M HAVING TO PAY FOR LABOR; OVER $1,FOR WORK DUE TO HIS COMPANY " NOT" DURING A COMPLETE INSPECTION AND CHECKING TO ENSURING THAT MY SYSTEM WAS WORKING PROPERLYI HAD NOT HAD TO USE MY AIR AFTER HIS COMPANY DID THE WORK DUE TO WEATHER BEEN COOL IN SEPT BUT WHEN I STARTED USING MY SYSTEM FOR HEAT IN OCT Y SYSTEM STARTED LOSING FREON RIGHT AWAY CAUSE MY ELECTRIC BILL TO DOUBLEI NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MY SYSTEM SENSE I JUST HAD IT FIXTILL IT WENT COMPLETELY OUT ON MEMRGARY Y*** REFUSE TO SHOW ME HE DID REPLACES RIGHT REPARTS, AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME COP
Owner of Ideal Comfort, Garry Y*** came to my house for air conditioner repair estimate,dismantled my ac unit in pieces, door panel control wires cut, tubing laying on the floor, and pulled blower fan a few feet away without my permission, After, I looked in my crawl space, MrY*** now wants me to pay him to come back and fix what he dismantled and as he is doing me a favorExtremely bad experience, now I cannot even have another repairman come to diagnose a repair with a dismantled AC unitCompletely destroyed my property without regard, and tells me now I need a new one, when my ac unit was working and only the fan was making a scratching noiseI had another HVAC Company before Ideal Comfort and gave me an estimate and left my AC intactBEWARE of this Company, I’m a widow with a disabled son being taken advantage
