MR [redacted] CAME BY ON A WENDSDAY STATING HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION WE DROVE THE CAR AND THERE WHERE NO PROBLEMS THE SON BROUGHT THE CAR BACK DAYS LATER ( FRI) AND THE CAR WAS DRIVING POORLY , HE LEFT THE CAR WITH ME MONDAY I LOOKED AT THE CARS TRANSMISSION FLUID IT WAS DOWN A QUART OF FLUID ,I FILLED IT TO THE PROPER LEVAL AND DROVE THE CAR EVERYTHING WAS FINEAFTER TALKING TO THE SON I DROVE THE CAR HOME ,MINUTES, AND BACK TO WORK, NO PROBLEMSI ASKED THE SON HOW DID THE CAR LOOSE A QUART OF FLUID IN DAYS , HE DID NOT KNOWTHE SON CAME BACK AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS AND SAID IT HAPPENS EVERY DAYS THE CAR DROVE FINE , SO THE SON TOOK THE CAR TO HIS OWN MECHANIC , THE MACHANIC CALLED ME TO TELL ME HE COULD NOT FIND A PROBLEM EXCEPT PENDING CODES FEW DAYS LATER HE BROUGHT THE CAR AND IT WAS RUNNING POORLY , I CHECK THE FLUID IN FRONT OF THE SON AND MR [redacted] THE FLUID WAS HIGH BY QUARTS , I TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT GOOD , THE SON TOLD ME ITS MY PROBLEM AND I SHOULD GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACKI TOLD HIM HE SHOULD GO BACK TO HIS MECHANIC AND HAVE HIM PUT THE TRANNY FLUID AT THE PROPER LEVAL BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT THE MECHANIC FLUSHED THE FLUIDTHE CAR PASSED STATE INSPECTION AND THE ONLY TIMES THE CAR RAN POORLY , WAS WHEN IT WAS LOW A QUART OR HIGH BY QUARTS

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I will like to clear a few things that Mr [redacted] has stated, first it was times that we brought the car back to him "not twice"Second, the only reason we brought the car to my mechanic was because we felt like Mr [redacted] was giving us the run around and I believe he was doing so, so the warranty (days) will expiredWe asked Mr***, if we can't (us and Mr***) find the problem because we are not mechanics, why won't you (Mr***) send the car to get diagnose by a profecional, and he (Mr***) said to us "i'm not spending money if I don't know what it is"I stated to him, "how we going to find the problem?"Yes, I did said to Mr***, "it is your problem because you sold us a car ($5,700.00) that is not working properly" and he said (Mr***) "that is not my problem"We have taken the matter into our hands (me and my son) and took the car to a professional mechanic & it came back (after they did a diagnose, what we asked Mr [redacted] to do) that it is the computer & we will have to spend $& we have the paper work to prove it Regards, [redacted]

mr *** does not have a computer problem , I have a copy of the bill from his mechanic which mr *** left for memr *** needs to have the tranny fluid at the proper level, not a quart down or quarts high I have offered to go on a long ride with mr *** son and he declined he feels I should have the transmission rebuilt

*** BOUGHT THE *** FEB , HE HAD A DAY WARRANTY , HE CHOSE NOT TO GET A EXTENDED WARRANTY *** GIRLFRIEND CALLED ME DAYS LATER STATING "HER BOYFRIEND *** WAS PLAYING AROUND WITH THE TIRES AND NOW THERE IS A NOISE" I TOLD HER TO STOP BY AND SHE DIDUPON LOOKING AT
THE VEHICLE OR LUGS WHERE LOOSE AND ONE BROKEN OFF I TIGHTEN THE LOOSE LUG/LUGS AND TOLD HER TO LEAVE THE CAR ONE DAY AND I WILL REPLACE THE BROKEN STUD AND LUG A COUPLE DAYS LATER SHE DID , SHE ALSO MENTIONED A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND ANTIFREEZE LEAKTHE STUD WAS PUT ON, A GASKET WAS PUT ON TO STOP THE LEAK , THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT/CODE WAS TAKEN CARE OF THE VEHICLE PASSED STATE INSPECTION , THE LIGHT WAS NEVER ON AGAIN EVEN NOW WHILE THE CAR IS AT MY PLACE OF BUSINESS THE GIRLFRIEND CALLED ME ONE DAY BEGINNING OF MAY TO TELL ME " THE *** STALLED WHILE DRIVING IT AND WILL NOT START" I TOLD HER TO HAVE IT TOWED TO MY BUSINESSUPON THE VEHICLE BEING DROPPED OFF SHE TOLD ME THE TOW MAN THOUGHT IT WAS THE STARTER I TRIED TO START VEHICLLE ,IT WAS DEADI GOT THE BATTERY PACK ,JUMP STARTED IT AND THE MOTOR WAS LOUD (RAPPING)WHEN I SPOKE TO HER FROM THE PHONE I ASKED HER AGAIN ,WHAT HAPPEN , AND AGAIN SHE SAID SHE WAS DRIVING AND IT STALLED I LOOK AT THE VEHICLE CLOSER AND THEN SPOKE TO *** TO TELL HIM THE MOTOR IS NO GOOD AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPEN AND HE CAN HAVE SOMEONE ELSE LOOK AT IT IF HE WANTS I TOLD HIM I CAN GET A USED MOTOR OR A REBUILT MOTOR , THEY ASKED FOR THE REBUILT MOTOR (MY COST) I SAID LKQ INSTALLED PLUS FLUIDS ,I WOULD SHOW THEM THE RECEIPT I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A PENNY , I TOLD BOTH *** AND HIS GIRLFRIENDI JUST TALK TO THE G.F A FEW DAYS AGO AND I THOUGHT WE UNDERSTOOD EACH OTHER THAT THE COST IS NOT , NOW I READ THIS COMPLAINT. I WILL NOW CALL THE CUSTOMER TO PICK THE CAR UP.........ONE NOTE*** TOLD ME MORE THEN ONCE THAT HE DID NOT WANT HIS GIRLFRIEND TO BUY THIS *** BUT AS HE SAID" IT IS WHAT SHE WANTS"
