Motus is a third-party provider hired by employers to process their employee expense reimbursements. As...
such, Mr. [redacted]’s employer is our customer – not Mr. [redacted] (rather, he is the recipient of our service, as provided by his employer). Indeed, because no buying/selling of products/services have taken place between Motus and Mr. [redacted], we do not have a marketplace relationship with Mr. [redacted]. As such, please confirm that his complaint will be dismissed and this correspondence will not be forwarded to him. Nonetheless, it is important to us that our customers’ employees have a positive experience with Motus, and we take all concerns seriously.
