I had a oil change on 6/2/and before I got home check engine, VSC off and track icons came onI called them as soon as I got home and another appointment for 6/3/Was told at that appointment I had cam sensors and misfiring engineHe reset the icons and told me to go on an drive my carWent to *** dealer on 6/5/17, was told oil filter was install wrongI had to have another oil change and a new oil filter capHave been trying to contact someone from Bob Sumerel with no response from anyoneThis is a BIG problem we have to wait and see if the engine has any damage When you trust a company to change your oil, how hard can it be to double check everything
