The issue was the dates for the sailing were given the wrong datesWe require days notice to cancelI offered only charging one night instead of two for the cancel reservationThe original date was made June 15, and the consumer had called July 13th to cancelThe consumer had given me an ok to run the credit for the one night and I was not able to run the cardI tried to contact her for several days with no luckI finally called from my cell phone and was able to reach the consumerShe was not interested in speaking with meI did have a list of just names for the sailing group that was due to come in and that's how the other group member knew she was going to be comingAll other credit info is is always kept secure
