Mr [redacted] brought his trailer in on January 11, to drop off for warranty repairsThese repairs where delayed for reasons:The linoleum that was ordered for one repair was sent to us wrong times & the tub stopper timeOur service over scheduling during our winter hours.I spoke with Mr [redacted] on Friday, April 1stI apologized for the delay of getting his trailer repairedI asked Mr [redacted] at that time if there was anything Mount Comfort Rv, LLC can do for his inconvenience and he stated at that time he did not know what that could be.After Mr [redacted] went over the unit with our service advisor, he found things that had not been properly repaired A door that we replaced is out of adjustment and not latching properlyThe other issue is the tub stopper is not the correct one for this unitAfter going over the trailer repairs, the customer stated he needs to get the trailer to his campsiteWe called Mr [redacted] on Monday, April 4th to make arrangements to go to his campsite to do these repairsWe agreed he would call us on Monday, April 11th to confirm we would be able to get into the trailer to do the repairsI again asked Mr [redacted] if there is anything Mount Comfort Rv, LLC can do for his inconvenienceHe stated he had thought about keyless entry locks for his trailerWe told him we would look into that optionAfter checking on the keyless entry, we found this is available for this trailer and are discussing it with Mr [redacted] at this time.Regards,Mike [redacted] Service ManagerMount Comfort Rv, LLC

1)Pushy salesman2) My purchase documents delivered to the BMV on Friday days after my temp tag expired on Sundaydays late,leaving me exposed to a possible ticketI contacted them weeks pryer, they lied said all paper work was sent to BMV right awayHad to postpone my vacation trip due to this businesses poor service 3) I did not feel like this company valued my businessI wont go back

When we were recently shopping for a fifth-wheel, Scott *** approached us to see if we needed helpHe offered no pressure, which was pretty pleasant; he let us wander at our leisure, and then he appeared with ice cold water just when we needed itHe showed us every home we thought we might like, and while doing so, he listened intently to discover exactly what we would actually LOVEHe led us to the perfect fifth-wheel, and by perfect, I mean a beyond-our-dreams fit in terms of amenities, style, and priceScott's intuition combined with his gregarious personality and his genuine and careful attention add up to the ideal sales associate and all-around great guy! (When we wanted to surprise our daughters the next week, Scott plugged in the power and cranked up the A/C on our fifth-wheel and then took the time to cart our family around to "look at homes." Of course, he saved ours for last, and when the girls went in, they were blown away by how perfect it is AND that unlike all the others we'd seen, that it was air-conditioned on a super hot day! The whole ruse went off without a hitch, and my husband and I were blown away that Scott took the time to create this wonderful, special experience for us all! Talk about going above-and-beyond!!)

time.2. Our service over scheduling during our winter hours.I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Friday, April 1st. I apologized for the delay of getting his trailer repaired. I asked Mr. [redacted] at that time if there was anything Mount Comfort Rv, LLC can do for his inconvenience and he stated at that time he did not know what that could be.After Mr. [redacted] went over the unit with our service advisor, he found 2 things that had not been properly repaired.  A door that we replaced is out of adjustment and not latching properly. The other issue is the tub stopper is not the correct one for this unit. After going over the trailer repairs, the customer stated he needs to get the trailer to his campsite. We called Mr. [redacted] on Monday, April 4th to make arrangements to go to his campsite to do these repairs. We agreed he would call us on Monday, April 11th to confirm we would be able to get into the trailer to do the repairs. I again asked Mr. [redacted] if there is anything Mount Comfort Rv, LLC can do for his inconvenience. He stated he had thought about keyless entry locks for his trailer. We told him we would look into that option.
