[redacted] told me he would stop this process if he received free all weather mats.  He is using the Revdex.com for his own purposes.  He showed his emails promising new mats to Hond Corp. and they told him the emails did not say he would recieve them for free.  If it's only $100.00 why is he making such an issue?  [redacted] will not receive free all weather mats from Mt. Kisco Honda.  I believe I have answered all his questions and no further responses will be necessary.

Review: Salesman stated he would honor my allowance for puncture in bumper. Never stated if amount is > than $500, it's not covered. ** than said that I used profanity to Honda Financial. When I called Honda, they said it's not true , I called him out on this and he admitted he lied. He then raised his fist and almost hit me and became verbally abusive. His people had to have him walk away from me.Desired Settlement: Looking for adjusted amount of $600.00 and an apology

They put my family's life in danger twice with negligent service of a serpentine belt. Non-sensical explanations of why my Honda Odyssey would have died at 55mph twice with new serpentine belts that they installed (first, mechanics error, then bad batch of belts, then they're not sure). And have not accepted responsibility for costs and damage to the car.

Review: Company has failed to honor the "Service Contract Reimbursement Guarantee" by saying that a third party (an ins. co.) is involved and that company has gone out of business. This Service Reimbursement Guarantee was sold to me by Mt Kisco Honda and they assured me that I would get a full refund if I did not use the Service Contract within 6 years. When 6 years were up and I hadn't used the service contract, they told me that unfortunately the ins. co. was out of business and had stolen my money. The Honda dealership said they would try to help me get some of my money back, but could not promise anything. However, they convinced me to buy the service contract for $1295.00, promising that my money would be refunded to me if I didn't use the service in 6 years, and now they are telling me a very convenient story about some third party ins. co. going out of business. I feel they lied, misrepresented the product they sold me (the Service Contract Reimbursement Guarantee) and are now just trying to get out of their part of the bargain.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of $1295.00. I am entitled to this per our Service Contract Reimbursement Guarantee.
