Good afternoon [redacted], I wanted to update you on the status of the complaint we received from Mr. [redacted].  On April 7, we returned to the residence after receiving a call from Mr. [redacted] to resolve the matter.  We made repairs at no charge, and all parties seem to be satisfied at this time....

  As a side note, [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] after receiving the complaint, and wanted to discuss the problem at that time.  Mr. [redacted] refused to sit down and talk to [redacted].  It was after that, that Mr. [redacted] contacted us, and let us know the ceiling would be open, and we could come look at the fan coil and make the needed repairs.    If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.  Have a great evening.    Sincerely, [redacted] Mechanical, Inc.
