Review: On 9/**/2013 Mount Sinai Clinical Lab double billed two blood tests that were ordered by my PCP. My insurance paid for the first set of tests, but refused to pay for the second set for obvious reasons (double billing.) Since then I have been receiving a bill for the amount of $200. I have called them four times (###-###-####) and I have always spoken with a lady ([redacted]? forgot her name) who acknowledged the error and always says that she had forwarded the notification to her supervisor. However, this error has not been corrected and I keep getting this payment-overdue invoices.

I wanted to make a formal complain to the Revdex.com because I have made too many attempts to solve this issue on my own without any success. I also want to make it an official complain because three years ago they also made a mistake (charged me twice for a doctor's visit) and since I was not proactive to get the error fixed they recurred to a collection agency and I ended up paying to be done with it.

I don't want to let the same thing happen again. Mount Sinai Clinical Labs is very diligent at collecting their bills, but they are negligent when it comes to correcting their billing errors and this is a form of fraud.
