[redacted] , In response to the conversation that you had with [redacted] we respond as follows: You stated that she claimed that items #1,2,3,5,were all completed which is part of the truthThis project was started to resolve damage from a leaky roofWe understand that the major complaint was the delays of this project which caused by both [redacted] and the reality faced by workers on this projectThe request for a full refund after workers on this project removed damaged structural elements and replaced them with new functional elements that you state she describes as completed is not fair and doesn’t make sense Further, we have evidence of the completion of items #1,2,3,but also the window sills not trim for item #(which would be part of finishing), and we also agree with Item #This work alone totals $5,worth of work plus required extra time and materials that has actually been completedTo accomplish these tasks all required materials were purchased including: Sheet rook materials, insulation (even though she upgraded the quality), windows sills, metal studs, and all related materials with had delivery chargesSpecifically, there was extra work that was added as follows Second floor repair of water damage to wall & ceiling in bedroom caused by another contractor Failed work by her plumber – Caused removal and re-installation of a wall Failure to move existing furniture and rubbish – Caused delay and we had to pay for moving expenses Additional sound proofing installation completed with additional labor Garbage removal costs were more than doubled due to multiple trips for loading and dumping construction debris Plumbing work required was additional to move pipe discovered when moving closet A variety of changes throughout the project that caused extra expenses The sum of this extra work is over $3,and was completed as requestedThis would total over $8,of time and expensesHowever, upon her complaints we responded by agreeing to a settlement of $3,The purpose of this settlement was to make up for time delays caused by misunderstanding of this project between client and contractor This settlement would allow both parties a fair resolution, and not unduly enrich one party or the other kind regards, Mount-Trial Construction

and #6) During the demolition of the first floor of my home upon removing a closet a water pipe was discoveredThe water pipe was located from floor to ceiling and about to inches away from the living room wallI asked Mount Trial to move the pipe so that it would be recessed behind the wall, making the wall completely flushThis was discussed in great detail, because I wanted to hang a flat screen tv on the wallI was told by Mount Trial they would need their plumber to assess the situation and get back to meI expressed to Mount Trial that unless the water pipe could be recessed behind the wall making the wall completely flush the pipe is NOT to be movedAfter their plumber assessed the job I was told what I requested would be done but that isn't what happenedTheir plumber moved the pipe about inches away from the wall so it was still protruding defeating the purpose entirelyI was then told a box would have to be built around the pipeI communicated to Mount Trial that this was unacceptableI told the company they could have their plumber come back and do what I requested from the beginning or I could find a licensed plumber to do the job properly myselfI was told by Mount Trial to get my own plumber which I didHe moved the pipe to the recessed position so that it would be behind the wallI can provide the receipt for payment for the work (Item #3) My furniture has always been in my homeThere was no discussion of furniture removalI was told that my items would be neatly coveredI've provided a couple pictures of my expensive Italian leather furniture to show how Mount Trial treated my things as well as the countertop in my kitchenIf furniture were an issue this should've been discussed prior to the start of the job or there should be some documentation that was signed off by both parties alerting me to the riskThe job could've been postponed if my furniture needed to be removed or if I didn't agree the job could've been cancelled before it was even started. These are just another example of Mount Trials lies in order to cover up their bad practices and the fact that they tok advantage of me because I'm a single woman (Item #4) I purchased ALL the insulation for my projectI can provide receiptsI purchased of the soundboard, were used in my homeI was told by Lloyd F [redacted] of Mount Trial that he would take the unused soundboard back to [redacted] in order to exchange it for more sheetrockI've never seen a receipt for the exchange or any additional sheet rock in my homeI asked several times for the receipt for my records and was told it would be provided but still never received itEach soundboard cost $plus taxOnce again I paid the carpenter Mount Trial did not (Item#5) I am the homeowner a price was given to me for garbage and I paid per our agreementI was told there would be a dumpsterIf due to unforeseen obstacles a dumpster couldn't be provided and that was an issue for the business the job could've been postponed or cancelledI'm not responsible for how the garbage is discarded (item#7) There were no changes to the projectI've asked multiple times for Mount Trial to provide documentation for their claimsWhere are the adjustments to the documentation to support their claims? It can't be provided because their is noneOnce again blatant lies and a poor attempt by these scam artist to rip me off I'd like to thank the Revdex.com and [redacted] for all that you've done to help in this matter but Mount Trial has proven to be extremely untrustworthy with several unethical business practicesThis has been proven by the examples above as well as by the notarized letter provided to me stating that they would pay me $by 6/*/for which they paid nothing and at that time I was taking a huge loss accepting thatI will continue to move forward through every avaiilble channel including but not limited to ***, social media, and television until I am paid what I'm owedThe Revdex.com was only the first stop on the trailAs stated previously I will not let this disgrace of a company rip me off of my hard earned money and if I can prevent one person from going through this same ordeal with them it will be well worth itMy home has been in disarray for more than a year at this point because of the foul practices of Mount TrialThat alone is worth more than the amount I'm requesting to be paid backThis is my home Thanks, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
