I have reached an agreement with Mount Zion Offroad and no longer wish to pursue my complaint against them. I believe that it was the notification by your agency that got them to the negotiating table. Thank you for your assistance

Review: I took my incomplete [redacted] project to Mount Zion Offroad at the end of March 2014 after agreeing to an estimate of $11000.00 and approximately 3 months to complete the project. As of October 28th, 2014, the project is still not complete, some of the items that were to be done were not, I was charged for parts that I provided to them and the invoice that I received was for over $25,000.00. I was never informed of the excessive overage and am being expected to pay the bill.Desired Settlement: modification of the final invoice to a reasonable amount and warning to others of their deceptive, fraudulent business practices.
