Please see the attached letter dated 10/13/to [redacted] which explains her new furnace warranty Regarding our contracts, we show one flat rate price - we do not detail the material and labor costs If the customer had an issue with the price, it should have been discussed before the contract was signed and the new furnace was installed[redacted] ***

The customers most recent call to our office was actually on Saturday 9/9/ Our Mountain Aire technician who was "on call" went to the customers home and diagnosed the problem between 1:and 2:PM that day A new blower motor and wiring harness were ordered for the furnace On Wednesday 9/13/17, these parts were installed and the equipment was running properly after the repair was made The thermostat problem was resolved in July, and the coil issue was resolved in May, Regarding the customers request for a new unit, the heat pump (outdoor unit) has had no repair issues and with the 9/13/motor replacement, the furnace (indoor unit) has all new components All repairs have been performed at no charge under the year parts and year labor warranty. We are sorry that the customer has experienced these repair issues, however, we believe that the equipment problems have been resolved For the past inconvenience to the customer, we propose extending the labor warranty thru 12/4/20.Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter

This letter is in response to your letter dated 10/23/re: the customer concern assigned the ** * ***The proposal/contract dated 10/5/was for $3,with *** *** - not *** *** *** signed the enclosed contract and made the 50% down payment of $1,on her
*** *** on 10/5/P.M(Payment was received & posted at MtAire on 10/11/17).Regarding the warranty, please see the enclosed draft copy of the letter mailed to each MtAire customer after their equipment is installed. Also, see the copy of the info which is in our computer re: the new furnace showing a year parts and year labor warranty, which is the standard warranty for the furnace. I believe that this information shows that the customer concern has no merit.Sincerely,*** *** President

Before these
last few times, I have always been very amicable to these people. I don't see how they feel that refusing to service the furnace for my husband (whom they rarely dealt with until recently) is proving them to be any better of people than myself by leaving people in the cold.I have been under extreme stress, and I actually discussed this with *** during his last visit to the home. Although I don't feel that is an excuse, I was under extreme stress that day and the only person home at the time. And this had not been the first time that we have been left without heat for days. If I would not do my job every time someone was having a bad day and said uncalled for remarks to me, I would be reprimandedAs for the warranty, we had someone come to look at the furnace, but they said Mountain Aire is the business who we have the warranty with at this point. In closing, they no longer have to deal with me since I have now live at a different address. But since they are making *** *** out to be always amicable and not myself, they certainly should not refuse service for *** ***
