In reference to complaint [redacted] I [redacted] of Mountain And Son's llc [redacted] never did any work with or for me on his job siteThe job at his home was done in a workman like manner I had my two son's and another worker with me on this job site [redacted] wanted his fence to be over foot tall I told him the code was foot in his area and he wanted it his way We finished the job in a timely manner and Mr[redacted] refused to pay the final bill saying he doesn't believe he owes any more for all the extra work we had to do on the fence I brought all the materials from my shop in kenosha and he thinks I should give him the extra wood and I told him they came from my shop so at that time he refused to pay me so I told him I would put a lien on his property and that's when he started to bad mouth my company sincerely [redacted] Mountain And Son's llc

These are the pictures I took in reference to Mountain and Sons Const.Picture & are of a chunk of the fence *** took out with his air gun and it fell to his feet. He just picked it up and set it back on without securing it.Picture & are uneven boards not alingned along with rusty nails ***. *** said numerous times he would use nails and screw that don't rust.Picture is a split board from his nail gun.Picture is a gap from the vertical board to horizontal board that was measured incorrectly.Picture he used a saw zall to cut off a vertical board and cut two inches into the fence.Picture is another gap of a board that wasn't measured correctly.Picture is uneven poor work with a gap between horizontal and vertical boards.Picture another gap of a bard measured wrong.Picture is a saw zall cut that he cut into the horizontal board. 2nd setPicture is a crooked cut and a crooked screw he caught with his saw zall. Water will no just pool here and eventually rot out the post. This is really bad and uglyHe misscut this post by about an inch.Picture another gap and more rusty nails.Picture and is split lattice due to using roofing nails.Picture 4 and is a screw not in straight compromising strength of fence.Picture and are of nails that didn't hit anything,therefore not holding anything in place and compromising the strength of fence.Picture a crooked cut into vertical board.Picture bowing of fence.If you take a close look at all the cuts on the fences they're all rough and jagged because he used a saw zall. Picture is the post that is missing inches of cement. On this he claimed the cement company shorted him and he'd fill it in the next day. He filled it in with dirt not cement!! In regards to ***s answer to my complaint he states I never helped him. That's a complete lie!!. I worked with him all day Sunday, hours because he didn't bring anyone to the job site just himself. And after seeing the poor work he was doing there was no way he could finish up by himself so I worked with him all day side by side.My wife and I only met one son. Think his name was ***. Three days there was ***, *** and an older man. The fourth day just *** and ***. The 5th day he came by himself and I worked with him.I never ever wanted my fence to be feet tall, that would look ridiculous. He started the fence on aWednesday and Friday it was brought to my attention by my neighbor that it was not being built to code. On Friday I called him to inform him this. Why would tell him to build it out of code on Wednesday but then tell him hours later it wasn't to code? Because I never said it and he didn't know what code was because he never pulled a permit, yet charged me for one. Another in a litany of lies and short cuts.This is not a professional construction company as evident by my pictures.I could go on and on about the lies and take more pictures but I've exhausted all I have to say on this matter. I'll let the pictures to the talking

I did hear form *** of Mountain and Sons Construction. He texted me on June saying he was suing me for statements I made and putting a lien on my house. I laughed at him. This guy is a fraud and a liar who uses threatening language to scare people into thinking he'll get
what he wants. We went back and forth on a few texts that day. I'm not one bit concerned about a lawsuit, in fact part of me hopes he follows thru on his hollow threats then I'll counter sue for damages and expenses.I actually could of added more in my initial complaint but ran out of charactersI knew this is the route *** was going to take once he read my complaint with the threats of suing that's why I contacted a lawyer before hand to bring him up to speed on what I was doing. After he saw my pictures of the poor quality of work he told me not to hesitate to file a complaintMy attorney called the city of West Bend to see if *** filed for a building permit that he charged me and just as I suspected no building permit pulled at my address. Another in a litany of lies he told me. The final text I had with him was I told him when we go to court don't forget to bring the building permit he never got. Haven 't heard from him since. This guy is a phony and a fraud who completely misrepresented who he was and what his company was. This isn't a construction company its a guy with a used beat up pick up truck that probably can do a few jobs but lacks materials and skills to do anything near a professional job. I should of went with my first inkling that something just didn't seem right with him but I didn't. Lesson learned the hard way I guess
