I am the owner of Mountain Ash Kennel? I sell puppies and do my best to find them loving family? homes? On? August 26th? I sold a puppy to [redacted] ***, I did not advertise this puppy as AKC registered when we spoke on the phone I did not tell her he was AKC registered ? She states she called several times she did? not she did call once left voice message but didn’t state why she was calling just that she had bought a puppy and wanted me to return her call and at the time I did not return her call since she did not explain the reason for the call and I was working on other kennel projects(I do not have the date of this call since at that time I did not know how bad this issue was going to get.) ? She did send texts to my husband’s cell phone in December? which he did respond to but he had a major medical emergency December 8th and wasn’t able to keep up his correspond? to her in a timely matter for her ? I did answer her phone call on December 19th told her I would pull up her information but all paper work should? have came with the puppyI did call her back to let her know I did check her file and [redacted] was not ACK registered could be but wasn’t,? at that time she became very angry accused me of being a puppy mill stated? she would call everyone she knew to ruin my business name.? I was totally shocked at her attitude and her bullying threatsI tried to explain to her I sell puppies for $600.00.? ? AKC? does not set selling prices for? puppies? We could have worked out this issue before it had to reach this level but after speaking to her I won’t tolerate being talked to in a threating or bullied way? She is the one who wanted all future correspondence to be done thru legal avenues so I have not contacted her? Thanks [redacted]
