We contacted this customer immediately following notification of the complaintWhen we contacted the customer, *** *** (husband) was unaware that a complaint had been filed by his wifeIn the past, if the customer was not happy, they contacted us directly and we went out the same day to
resolve any issuesWe were unaware that they were still not happy with their AC at the time they filed a complaintWhen we did the original installation we installed a ton seer A/C which was equal to the ton air conditioner that we took outIn order to address the concerns the customer had, we went out 8/5/and installed a ton A/C unitThe customer did pay for the replacement line set to accommodate the larger ton A/CTracy recommended that the customer insulate their attic in order to better contain the cool air in the upstairs portion of the homeThe customer was happy with the resolution we provided

Complaint: *** The complaint that Miss *** filed last year was concerning the maintenance inspection that was completed by Dave 4/30/We were quite surprised when she contacted us this year to have
that same service completed***, office manager, did let her know that she would need to call Miss *** back when they spoke on April 26thWhen she received that call back Miss *** became very offensive and verbally abusive towards *** including yelling at her and calling Mountain Breeze unfair and dishonestAt no point did *** deny Miss *** her extended parts warrantyShe simply told her that the labor warranty would not be in effect if Mountain Breeze didn’t do the maintenance*** told Miss *** that she could look into her warranty in more detail but that would be something she would have to call her back about because that information was not immediately accessibleMiss *** filed her complaint the same day before we had the chance to get back to her about her warranty informationAt no point was Mountain Breeze dishonest to Miss *** or abusive; even when we’ve received that treatment from herSince the complaint, Mountain Breeze has been out to Miss ***’s home, serviced her air conditioner as part of the yearly service inspection and her warranty for parts & labor is still valid up to this pointThis issue has been resolved

I called *** today and refunded the $she asked forShe was extremely rude claimed that I would give a blanket to a *** *** that would kill themHer entire claim is falseShe has never had a problem with the AC in the five years
since its been installedWe have only been called out to do yearly maintenanceShe has never talked to *** and when she called and talked to me on Saturday, she was extremely rude and claimed her AC wasn't working and we should come right away as if it were an emergencyIt was degrees at the time and obviously not an emergencyI called her on Monday and scheduled a tech to check it outWhen he arrived, she said it was working fine nowHe checked everything out and it was running perfectlyShe was mad about having to pay for him coming out and fabricated this whole storyAfter being very nice to her and informing her today that we were refunding the money, she made her rude comments and hung up on me

My claim is true and they are plain and they are liarsTo even go as far as denying that I spoke with *** is quite patheticShe stared the phone call with being rude, aggressive and denying that I spoke with ***Also,she never offered to refund my moneyMy mom is a witness to me speaking with *** and my son is a witness to me speaking with herWhen I am dealing with dishonest people, I always put them on speaker phone, so that I have someone else to listen to the conversationI have had problems with this ACIn regard to it being only degrees outside, my house was extermely hot and the AC was not workingMy mom, my dog and I can't be in hot tempuratures due to health issuesOur health issues is what drove us to get an AC in the first place.Anyhow, the AC should be working because it is not old and I just paid for the yearly maintenanceI did do the analogy of the small pox blanket because this is the type of people that I am dealing withThey were very nice when the came over to get our busy and for us to chose them to put in our AC, but now that we have the AC,they are dishonest crooks and verbally abusiveI am not going to allow some liars to abuse meThey speak with a forked tongueThe *** trusted the *** *** when they handed them blankets, not knowing that the *** *** gave them those blankets to kill themThis issue will not be resolved until I get my $I know that they will not stop lying that is who they are liars!!!

We have contacted *** numerous times to schedule a time for us to come out to look at her air conditionerWe have either been hung up on or have left messages without a return callThe $that she requested was refunded on 6/17/to the same credit card

I did get my refund, they still continue to lie with their above statementsThe amount of lies that these beings tell is quite disgusting

[redacted] spoke with [redacted] on 11/20/2015 and scheduled an appointment for a service call. We accommodated a same day appointment since she said her furnace was not working. A tune-up is a yearly check-up for $69 and when [redacted] spoke to her there...

were not any tune-up appointments until the following week, nor do we schedule a tune-up for a furnace that does not work. [redacted] went out to diagnose the furnace. He found that the furnace had a radiant heat sensor system that was not sensing properly. The radiant system is no longer available therefore the furnace needs a flame rectification system which is the price [redacted] was quoted for $789. [redacted] did check the thermostat from the furnace itself to determine the thermostat was & is not the issue. [redacted] did tell her that we will offer her a Senior Discount and credit the diagnostic charge if the repairs were completed. The invoice that she received has the reduced price on it. That being said, she was quoted $703 for the repairs. When [redacted] called and left a message in the office on 12/4/2015, not 12/7/2015 she demanded a refund for the $84. [redacted] explained to her that she will need to speak with the Service Manager and the Office Manager. [redacted] did explain to [redacted] that we did not schedule her for a tune-up appointment because a tune-up typically will not fix a furnace that does not work. [redacted] was very rude when [redacted] spoke to her on the phone even though [redacted] was attempting to work on resolving her issue. Had we received a call in the office to let us know the furnace was still not working, we would have sent a technician out at no charge to diagnose the furnace again. [redacted] did call late on 12/7/2015 and would have received a call back this morning in an attempt to resolve this issue. We are willing to credit [redacted] the $84 back in order to resolve this issue.

I will accept my $84.00 back. Also, I was not rude and according to the phonebook, the tune-up charge is $49.00 with [redacted] logo. I also did call [redacted] the day after and told him the furnace was still not running up to set temperature and I did not receive a call back. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: This company is lying yet again. I stand by the original two complaints that I submitted to the Revdex.com. God knows I am telling the truth, so it does not matter to me if these beings continue to be dishonest. The service guys that come out to my house for the most part are descent, but the manager and the honor have some serious issues. Anyhow, [redacted] called me and gave me no options on a day or time to have my yearly maintenance this year, she said that I had to have it done that same day she called or else I would not get it done.  She continues to be abusive and a bully. The guy that came to work on my house this year seemed to do a good job, only time will tell. I do not know how these service guys can work for these kinds of beings. Maybe we are being picked on because we a disabled and people of color. All I can say is that I will stand up to any lying bullies no matter who they are!!!!!! Again, I will gladly take a full refund for the air conditioner, so that I do not have to deal with these beings anymore. I will not tolerate someone who is trying to rip us off by taking away our warranty and I am not going to stand by and let them do this to us!! Buyers beware especially if you are a person of color disabled I do not want anyone to deal with this kind of abuse and dishonesty. If they agree that we can use another company to have our yearly maintenance done, I am happy to use another company, but they will still have to honor the 10 year warranty on labor and parts. I will need this in writing. What this company is trying to do is bully us out of our labor and parts warranty, it is that simple.
