I have called the number *** many times with no success. On multiple occasions ** *** answered the phone then promptly hung up on me when I identified myself. I have had some success calling from different numbers but while he answers he hangs up when he realizes it is me

Terrible, Dishonest. Collects up front and never returns. Ignores phone calls. Avoid at all cost - or it will cost you!

Review: The business owner [redacted] overcharged for his services without letting me know why. Disappeared after taking the money and refused to answer phone calls. He is completely a liar.

Review: Contracted with company March 29th, 2014 for tree and stump removal. Tree was removed April 24th but not the stump removal. Payment was collected by business for all services with the guarantee from Owner [redacted] the job would be completed the weekend of April 26th and 27th.

After daily phone calls and fax calls to business ([redacted]), the provider agreed to return payment of $150.00 for uncompleted work.

As of today, June 17th, 2014, refund has not been provided and stump remains. Multiple excuses have been provided for delay including diabetes related complications with possible limb loss, pregnancy miscarriage, missing contract information (claiming not aware of job), phone broken, vehicle broken and weather issues in addition to daily no answer to phone call attempts.

Business listed as out of business but it is not. The business actively avoids phone calls from numbers they recognize as unsatisfied customers. Was in communication with another customer who stated that while their job had been completed it took much longer then originally promised and the company used their property to store equipment for other jobs (retrieving and returning equipment but not working on their project).

Have spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] regarding $150 refund for services not provided. [redacted] has stated the refund is forthcoming but all previous refund promise dates have passed.

Had requested copies of business license and insurance during original contracting but the company stated they did not have copies available but would provide later. They have never provided either.Desired Settlement: I would like the $150 payed to the company for stump removal returned/refunded.

Review: After partial work was completed a tree was removed, tree limbs left in the yard and pieces of the tree all over the yard. Excuses about the chipper being somewhere else and the truck breaking down and the owner being in the hospital have resulted in work being incomplete and no contact by the company to finish the work or refund the payment.This company seems to have a habit of scamming its clients. Beware.Desired Settlement: Refund of the last $600 payment for incomplete work.

Review: On Feb. 2, 2014, [redacted] came to my home and indicated he would trim, cut trees and haul away the branches and trees cut in the yard. We agreed on a price and he did do the trimming and cutting of the trees, however, he cut one tree down but he did not haul away the tree. I have called him many times (over 20 times) to his cell [redacted] and the business phone [redacted], however, he does not return my calls. I went the one tree cut down to be hauled away.Desired Settlement: Haul away the one tree that was cut down or refund me $200.00 dollars

Review: Company just kept on adding additional services to original request. some of the items on the total invoice were never requested and on others no price was provided prior to service being performed. Somehow original discussed price of $[redacted]. went up to $[redacted] and invoice, though I did pay them, did not explain the additional charges.Desired Settlement: Provide a true itimized invoice and refund the over-charges.
