On October 6, 2015, *** *** presented an axle to Travis *** at the Trailer
Center without springsNo indication was made that the springs were available to measure, that they might be non-standard, or that any problem existed with the springs at that time
Since Mr.*** was in urgent need of the axle, we placed an order in a standard configuration, with standard springsUpon your request, we made special arrangements for you to pick it up directly from Dexter Axle in Fremont, IN on October 12, The Dexter delivery receipt clearly shows the spring size and you had the opportunity to inspect the axle, and springs, prior to accepting it, and prior to departing for PennsylvaniaHad you brought it to our attention at the time, we would have been very happy to resolve any issues with the axle, as we remain today
Because all axles are made to order, our policy is that all axle sales are final, however, as a gesture of courtesy, we will be happy to accept the axle in return for a full refundWe have spent a generous amount of time trying as best we could to help you through a difficult situation and remain happy to help with anything we can reasonably do to assist with any further resolution
