Mountain Computers Reviews (1)

Dear Reno Revdex.com,This Veteran is complaining that Mountain Computers 1) installed and charged me for a computer power cord that doesn't properly work and, has refused to replace it, 2) removed my screen saver and display fonts and sizes without my permission and, has refused to replace them, and 3) Andy at Mountain Computers, who hasn't served in our great country's military, did offer this Veteran his ungrateful and unpatriotic opinion that he ?believes Veterans act too entitled? and, had refused to acknowledge that America is the Land of the Free because of the Brave, America's Veterans. We Veterans are a rare 7% of the nation's population, and we female Veterans are an even rarer 1/2% of the nation's population. This Veteran's computer working properly is critical to this Veteran as I am elderly, and a 100% service-connected disabled Veteran. This Veteran is unable to drive. Accordingly, this Veteran is dependent upon my computer and mobility assistance. These barriers of Mountain Computers to helping Veterans with our special needs contributes to why Nevada is 74% MORE in Veterans suicides that the rest of the nation. This Veteran wants Mountain Computers to replace at no charge my screen saver and display fonts and sizes that Andy removed without my permission. As this Veteran, 100% service-connected disabled, is unable to drive, and it is difficult for me to travel, this Veteran wants Mountain Computers to pick-up and deliver back my computer.Business Response /* (*000, 5, 20*6/09Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: 775-287-9552Contact Email: [redacted]From: [redacted], Mountain Computers Inc mailto:[redacted] Sent: Saturday, September *7, 20*6 2:53 PMTo: '[redacted]'Subject: RE: Revdex.comHello [redacted],I just tried your telephone again and no answer yet if you can read this email. Regarding your computer issue, a quick investigation of your account and history, I have no idea what you are referring to in your Revdex.com complaint. All of your claims are invalid unless there is something I am not aware of. You did purchase an AC Adapter and had your computer serviced in December 20*5. I cannot understand why you would complain now about service provided *0 months ago, in December 20*5. Attached is a copy of your complaint and a copy of your account history. I tried to call but unable to leave a message since your voice mail is not setup. Please give me a call. Thank you. [redacted] Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 20*6/09/2*) */(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Greetings, Mountain Computer still fails to provide what I requested in my Revdex.com complaint. Mountain Computer here is inaccurately, falsely, damagingly, unreasonable, and illegally using quoting Veterans' suicides statistics as "suicide notes", which they clearly are not. According to the Reno Police Department, Mountain Computer "reached out to VA" with their inaccurate, false and damaging allegations is the crime of Disturbing the Peace as they made an improper statement to others. It is also the crime of Defamation as their claim to others is false. Regards.Final Consumer Response /* (3000, **, 20*6/09/2*) */Greetings, As a *00% service-connected disabled Veteran unable to drive, I am very dependent on a computer that properly works. I have repeatedly complained that Mountain Computers *) installed and charged me for a computer power cord that doesn't properly work and, has still has not replaced it in spite of my several requests to do so, and 2) removed my screen saver and display fonts and sizes without my permission and, still has not replaced them in spite of my several requests to do so. [redacted] has only offered me his opinion that "Veterans act too entitled" and that quoting Veterans suicide statistics are "suicide notes." Mountain Computer still fails to provide what I have repeatedly requested and paid for. Regards
