No one will respond to my callsI have a shade that requires warranty repair, and the company has to do itThe manufacturer will not work directly with customers
I believe it was taken care of. The blind was a warranty issue on a blind over two years old. I did not get it taken care of in a short period of time because I was deal with my wife and her having cancerLee D[redacted] Mountain Country Shutters
The manufacturer has made you a new shade and you should have received it. if you want me to install it it will cost you a service call
From the first order to correction of issues with bad product I have had a difficult time with getting Mountain Country to answer any of their phone calls I have made to them. My last problem was with a replacement of a blind that fell apart. Lee ordered the wrong window to replace and said he needed to order another. I gave him 3 weeks to call me on the replacement. I called him every week for three weeks after that time period to check on the new attempt to correct the problem. As of now no response. I doubt I will ever hear from him again. Poor service and extremely terrible customer response. No communication skills.
