Once again, this customer has provided information, lied to the public and the Revdex.com of CantonWe have contacted our merchant provider to see why this customer is claiming they haven't received their $and found out that she has actually been paid twice, and only showing the Revdex.com the one credit that didn't have the $attached, The merchant provider is actually trying to get their money back from her, while all this time she is calling us robbers Attached is our merchant statement and bank information showing that the FULL refund was subtracted from our account Hopefully this customer will do the honorable action and return the extra money to the merchant provider

On August 15th, this customer made an online reservation with us Her request was made less than days of her stay and it states prominently on our website that your card may be "charged the Full amount". She also checked the "I AGREE"
button that declares that she read " There will be no refunds for cancellations within days of reservation" Even though she did cancel on such short notice ( within the days) , we went ahead and gave her a full refund for $635.04, so we don't understand what she means by bait and switch when she received ALL of her money back.
