Mountain Creek is not being honest with you. They did offer me a $50 gift card and two snow tubing tickets for my trouble. However, what they fail to mention is that when I told them I wanted to use the snowtubing tickets next season, they refused. They told me I had to use them before the end of this season which is March. Planning another trip there this season is not possible due to cost and timing. There refused to another the snowtubing tickets next season. They did not mention this when they originally offered them. If Mountain Creek would allow us to use our Gift Card and tickets next season, we would gladly accept their offer

We have in fact acknowledged the complaint.  We mailed [redacted] a $50.00 Gift Card to use towards anything at the resort.  We also offered him and his wife a return visit for tubing for 2 which is a Value of $60.  He has not responded to our request to reschedule this viist.  Total...

Review: Mountain creek refuses to refund or credit my season pass. In the past seasons I get home from college and use this break time to use there facilities. Because of weather conditions which is neither my fault or there's they are not open during the time frame in the past (they have been open the day after Christmas every year I have been going there) so it would be logical to assume they would this year as well. So to buy a season pass (to make the cost of the season pass less than the total of the lift tickets I would normally have to buy, I would need to go to the mountain 10 times). Now due to the weather conditions and there opening date being pushed back I will not be able to go 10 times before I must return to school so I am essentially out of that money and they are keeping it without providing the service I paid for. Yes they will be open later but I will be at school. Had I known about the conditions I would not have bought the pass. They sell season passes months before winter and refuse to refund you or credit even when they are not performing the service I paid for. For the price of their season pass I could have taken a [redacted] plane to Colorado and bought lift tickets at a resort.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund me or credit me a season pass for next season assuming they will be open around the 25th.

Review: We had purchased a voucher from [redacted] in Yonkers, NY for four people to go snow tubing at Mountain Creek. I originally had made reservations for a group of six people to go snow tubing on Sunday, March 1st at 4:30pm. We rescheduled the session for 12:30pm Sunday March 8, due to inclement weather over the phone.

When we got to Mountain Creek on March 8, we were told that we had never rescheduled our session and the 12:30pm session was in fact over-booked anyway, so we would have to wait until the 4:30pm session. Those who did make it in to the 12:30pm session were left waiting for over 30 minutes for a tube.

The two girls who were working at the ticket booth that day were extremely unprofessional, insulting, and downright rude. One of them even had her feet up on the counter as she smugly told me it was my fault that the reservations were never changed. When asked to speak to a supervisor, another unprofessional individual came to speak with us and he suggested we call group sales, but he failed to provide a phone number.

I have been in touch with someone named, [redacted] who I assume is a manager. Yesterday he told me that they cannot give me a refund without a voucher. However, I do not have the voucher anymore, as I handed in the voucher in exchange for tickets to go tubing. This was before we were told that we could not get on the hill at that time. I have also called [redacted] in Yonkers and the manager, [redacted] also told me that nothing could be done without a voucher because they are purchased from Mountain Creek and the only way to issue a refund would be for Mountain Creek to return the voucher to me, to then bring to [redacted].

I have a picture of the voucher, which includes a voucher number and I asked [redacted] at Mountain Creek if he could just look up the number and contact [redacted] to assure them that it wasn't used. He is unable to do this and states that he cannot find the voucher. I would just like my $65.01 back (this is including tax)Desired Settlement: A refund of $65.01($59.99+8.375% sales tax) for the snow tubing voucher

Review: I called Mountain Creek on December 9, 2015 to inquire about purchasing a gift card for a Christmas gift. I wanted to find out if I ordered the gift card that day would it arrive before Christmas. I was told it would so I went online and purchased a $50 gift card. I received the confirmation email of my order. 2 days later the money came out of my checking account. On December 21, 2015 I still hadn't received the gift card so I was concerned and called to ask if the gift card was mailed and what day. I spoke to a woman named [redacted] I expressed to her that this was a gift for Christmas and wanted to find out where the gift card was. The first thing she tells me is to just "print out the confirmation page and give that to the person as the gift". As I am asking about the gift card she is talking to someone else asking them questions as she has me on the phone. She then proceeds to tell me they have no record of if/when the gift cards are mailed. I said to her again when I purchased the gift card and that it should have come in the mail by now. Then she says "you can call back at 12 and the people who handle the gift cards will have a list but they are too busy and aren't taking calls". So I said "then why would I call back if no one is willing to take my call"? She didn't seem to care to want to help me so I left my name and number and said I will still call back at 12 because I deserve an answer. I don't think what I was asking for was too much as a paying customer. About 10 minutes later I received a voicemail from [redacted] saying the gift card was mailed out on Saturday, December 19, 2015. As of today, December 23, 2015 I still have not received the gift card and I am not optimistic I will received it before Christmas. I was also told the gift card are non refundable but if I never received the gift card how can I not be owed a refund? As a paying customer I feel this was unacceptable and they should have been able to help me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $50 charge for the gift card I still haven't received.
