We were quite pleasantly impressed with Greg and his crew They did landscaping in our back yard, and were very timely and on schedule Any questions or concerns we expressed, at all working levels, were answered and acted upon immediately The communication was wonderful

To address the complaint by Mr*** ***, while yes, *** is correct in that we do give free estimates, however our design work is done at a cost to our customersThere was nothing hidden, we were hired to do a scaled design at a flat rate of $1,with payment of half down at the
time they ask for this service and the remainder due when the design is completeThis is a completely diffrent service from just recieving a free estimateIt was also a service that was ask for by the consumerTo date we have been paid the 1st payment of $The design work has been completed by us, recieved by the customer and changes to the design and estimate have been made per the request of the customer and thy have recieved the revised versions of bothThey have refused to pay for the rest of the design fee of $due to the fact that the construction of the project is outside of their budgetThis amount is past due and still outstandingI am attaching documentation that we revised the estimate three times, the design twice, as well as the pictometry we had to obtain ourselves and the plot plan that we usedI think it will clearly show that we went far above a free estimate and that the services that they were charged for are done at the request of the homeownwer with no hidden feesPlease feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like any further documentationSincerely,*** ***Mountain Designscapes###-###-####***

*** the owner of this company came out to give a estimate on landscaping which should have been free which clearly states on the business website however he charged my wife dollars and tried charging another dollarsAfter talking with *** he agreed to refund dollars of the dollars which we should have gotten it all back
because he clearly was only try to con us out of money and he never attend to do the work only get the money and runThe refund was never received and after multiple phone calls with no return answer I don't know what to do but to warn other customers he might come into contact withThe business he is running is immoral and a con

We just had this firm expand our front porch, do a patio in back with a firepit, add a big area for a hot tub, install a path down the side slope to the back yard, and enhance the builders barebones landscaping They, we are pleased to say, DO NOT have "Colorado disease." They, specifically Greg, are professional, thorough and responsive They show up! they communicate! They just finished and initially we think the work is topnotch(going out to look more today) They adapted our changes easily Once they started work they never stopped and gave our project a priority And they picked up after the job was completedAnd they didn't jab us for a design fee, either

Thanks for sending me the response,As I stated when I first reached out to the Revdex.com, that Mountain Design scapes inc had charged my wife 500.00 dollars and now trying to get another 500.00 according to there response. For an free estimate on landscaping which it's states on there website and claiming that they did design work which is incorrect I'm the one who sent them the plot pan and told them what I wanted to be done, I did the design. There website says free estimates along with every other landscape company which I had a total of 4 other company's that came out and gave free estimates and didn't charge anything. And the reason I had mountain landscapes send me a revised version was they got there hand caught in the cookie jar trying to rip us off with a total price of 38,000.00 when I'm getting everything done for 12,000.00 including the deck extension, which I think they had no intensions of doing this work, only saying give us 500.00 to lock in a date because times are going fast. I have attached invoice's and the plot plan showing how mountain landscapes are trying to rip consumers off. I wouldn't have contacted you if Mountain landscapes stuck to the word and refunded my money back when I talked with [redacted] the owner and agreed verbally to refund 250.00 which is unfair again taking advantage of consumers again. I greatly appreciate your help in this matter thanks.
