Problem:In September, I ordered a bag from this company while I am deployed to AfghanistanI realized I had put in the wrong zip for the APO I'm at, and immediately emailed the company to notify them of the issueI received a reply that let me know it wasn't any problem, and my order would be shipped in about daysI waited over a month for an email letting me know that my order had shipped, after several emails had been ignored and only after I had contacted the Revdex.com did they ship my orderNow, a month after I received the shipping notification, I have yet to receive my bag, my card is still charged, and I haven't been able to contact anyone at the company who will reply to my messages.Desired Resolution: RefundAt this point, I have waited over months for a bagI do not want this company to have my money if they treat their customers this way
