To Whom it may concern.
We apologize for the delay, but due to the COVID-19 Outbreak, our Field Support office has been working remotely.
I have checked with our local office, Mountain Ear in Waynesville and our Marketing Manager at our Field Support Office, and neither have any record in the last two years of Mr. calling to ask that his name be removed from our database for mailing.
We have taken proactive steps to have his name removed from upcoming mailings, but it is possible that some marketing pieces have already been processed and he may receive and additional piece or two in the mail.
We respect the decision of Mr. to be removed from our database and will do our best to ensure he no longer receives any mail from us.
