Review: I had an aweful dealings with Dr.[redacted] and Moutain Empire vet. Clinic.I took my dog and mothet in laws dog in for a teeth cleaning.I asked them to call me if any teeth had to be pulled.They did not call.When it was closeing time I picked up the dogs and they handed me my mother in laws dog a bloody mess ,they pulled 18 teeth.We are very upset. So that gives an idea of what im dealing with. I [redacted] took the dogs in and signed for them.They have billing issues . I told them if they think I still owe them money they need to speak with me and only me, since I am the one who took them in and signed for them.So what they are doing is harrassing and upsetting my 86 year old mother in law, they keep calling her and billing her for both dogs,she had nothing to do with it.I left them message to call me and to leave my mother in law alone cause itd really upsetting to her, she is still upset they pulled18 teeth in her dog and never called and sent her pet home a bloody mess.So I ask for them to leave her alone and if they want more money to bill or call me only. They just keep hounding my mother in lawDesired Settlement: I want them to never call or send a bill to my mother im law,[redacted] and to deal with me only since I am the only one who took them in and signed for them.I am in process of filling a small claims. File. So if u can help me to stop them from harrassing [redacted] my mother in law that would be great, she os 86 and had nothing to do with it she doesnt need the stress, they have been paid, but if they feel they need more deal with me. Thankyou and [redacted] will thankyou. Dr [redacted] has been in trouble and fined

Mr. [redacted] and his wife, [redacted], have already submitted a Revdex.com complaint along with turning Dr. [redacted] into the [redacted]. Both cases found no valid complaint and no charges were pressed. Mr. [redacted] wrote a bad check and has not followed through with payment, I have called him directly as he is the one who wrote the bad check. His account has since been turned over to a third party for collections. I called [redacted] on 10/1/2013 and left him a message asking him to quit calling our clinic and harassing the staff. I also gave him the number of our lawyer for him to forward any additional questions or complaints.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have read Moutain Empire vet. Clinics response and once again they avoid the complaint of bothering my mother in law. This clinic is aweful.Dr. [redacted] lets her staff who act like little children deal with all issues. They lie and tell different stories everytime you speak to them. They gave me a number to there attorney and in thier response they also said they told me to call him, I have called 4 times and no call back.They keep saying I wrote a band check when I have told them many times it was stopped and a mistake on my banks end I sent them copy of banj statement but still wanna say I wrote a band check and threaten me that it is felony to write a bad check. Just one example of there childness. Again I ask them to leave [redacted] my mother in law alone, 2 wanna know why they gave me call attorney who doesnt call back, 3 stop saying a bad check was wrote,4 there records they sent are different from mine. On one paper have my name and amount and a balance

of o ,on other have my name and fiance and other they have mother in law. Another examaple of them not knowing whats going on. They are billing my mother in law for over 400 dollars, for one her dog wasnt that much. I have filed another complaint with the [redacted] and providing new evidence. They feel since my fiance case was closed they did no wrong.Well got news they did and will prove it this time around. They have been fined by [redacted] before so she knows the routine I figured they would lie, This is how smart they are , they lied to the [redacted] witch I new they would, I recorded her staff, 5 times they know they were recorded yet still lied. Kept it from the vet [redacted] so I can show all they do is lie.This round the [redacted] will get copy. They have many cimplaints about samethings,#1 rude staff #2 dr.[redacted] never shows her face or call back, she has her staff do it#3 money issues goes on just look her up on sights and read all reviews wish I had

before I took our pets in. Have to keep some issues back do to it going back to the [redacted] or court, well both. She should not be in buisness , avoiding people and having childish rude staff workin for you isnt who I wanna deal with. Once again going to ask them since I signed for the dogs and if you think I owe money deal with me only. I think pulling 18 teeth and handing me my mother in laws dog a bloody mess at the end of day is wrong .I took them in for a cleaning and said if they find bad teeth to call me before they pull and I got no call and have phone records that I called 7 times and no call back each time I called nobody new anything so big shock at closing time I pick up a bloody mess dog . Will fight and do what it takes so another family doesnt gi through what we did. Moutain Empire staff and dr. [redacted] you should be ashamed and would have learned a lesson the first time the [redacted] handed down a hefty fine .why u still doing it?

According to our account notes, we have not contacted Ms. [redacted] since April 18, 2013. We have sent many statements to [redacted] at numerous addresses we have on file for him. As I stated in my previous response, [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]'s account has been turned over to a third party for collection as we have not received proper payment for services rendered on January 17, 2013.

According to both Mr. [redacted]'s bank ([redacted]) and our bank ([redacted]), the check written on January 17, 2013 was returned for non sufficient funds. We have not received any information from either bank or Mr. [redacted] stating otherwise.

[redacted]'s name is on two different accounts with our clinic. Client #[redacted] has [redacted] as the owner and [redacted] as significant other for canine "[redacted]". Client #[redacted] has [redacted] as the owner and [redacted] as the agent for canine "[redacted]". This may be Mr. [redacted]'s confusion on the records.

[redacted] was given our attorney's phone number when he informed he had an attorney of his own and he intended to sue. We told Mr. [redacted] to have his attorney contact ours. There is no legal matter to discuss with Mr. [redacted] at this point in time.

The complaint about [redacted]'s mother-in-law's dog has been found not valid by the Washington State Department of Health's [redacted] and the case has been closed. Both the [redacted] and Dr. [redacted] know all laws and protocols were followed during the procedure that took place on January 17, 2013.

I have asked Mr. [redacted] to not contact our clinic as he has repeatedly called and harassed the staff over the past several months. He has been very rude and irate, in which our staff has been instructed to forward all complaints directly to management.

I am not sure why [redacted] will not accept that this case has been closed and we did provide the best care that we could for his mother-in-law's dog.
