The credit that I received was only the amount that was not installedand redid the whole finance all over again that is why it became to the amount of $which I asked if I would get the 30% of that amount on my Taxes*** had said yesI did informed my CPA and she had read the information on irs.gov again and this is not a solar electric property on line on from I Still addressed that also my utilities bill has not change as to my concern that the Reflective Blanket is not workingThe reason I sign the completion of the job cause I didn't want them to continue with the rest of the house because of what they were going to do thur the outside of the home or pain the ceiling which could lead to a different color ceilingThis would require us to match that color where they were going to pain If this Reflective Blanket which was also called aluminum insulation can not be removed and fulling refund the whole amount then I am asking that Mountain Energy pays the 30% which is $Please read irs.gov website for information on the line item on form

Mrs [redacted] tax accountant didnt fill out the correct paperwork for solar. It is a 5695 form line number 1 if it was filled out correct she would have recieved the 30 percent credit. Mrs [redacted] chose not to have mountain energy do the whole job so we credited her for the part we didnt install. We...

didnt have to remove her siding it was a small part of the fashia under the gutter which we have to do all the time for area that can not be accessed. We will not remove the fan or the blanket we completed the contract to the customers request the customer chose not to put complete the job. The customer need to fill out the correct tax form for the 30 percent if they would have contacted our office we would have instructed them on the correct form. [redacted]

This is the 3rd response that we have answered regarding Mrs [redacted] complaint. First of all the customer has been given completely the wrong information from the audit company. They have told Mrs. [redacted] that we installed radiant barrier in her attic which is incorrect the MLI that was installed in...

Mrs. [redacted]'s attic is not radiant barrier. Regarding he stating that it is a fire hazard is incorrect it has been tested and passed the UL1715/UBC26-3 test  it is a class 1 rating in like the radiant barrier which is a fire hazard. It has also passed the NFPA286 for thermal barrier. Mrs. [redacted] stated that is was not installed properly but has refused to let us to come and inspect it and make sure that everything has been done per the contract. Mrs. [redacted] is going off of an audit company that has given her totally incorrect information most likely a company that is trying to install more insulation for her. We have tried to make this right but customer refuses. There is nothing else that will be done for Mrs. [redacted] and the product will not be removed.  Renee

The customer has been sent a $40.00 gift certificate. Wal-mart where the only gift card we had at the time it takes 2 weeks to receive the cards from corp office that we get red lobster from. As you can see the customer has called over and over...

for the $40.00 we wanted to make her happy and get it taken care of and not put it off most people would be more then satisfied with any $40.00 dollars FREE. If customer want $40.00 from Red lobster she can sent the other one back and we will

I kept calling you because your business practices are so flawed. If you had done your job in the beginning, we wouldn't have this ridiculous conversation. The estimator came over the wrong day, I didn't know he was supposed to give me a certificate to mail to you and apparently he didn't either, and you don't trust him or his copy of the estimate just in case he actually didn't come over. You told me to make a copy of the estimate, let you which gift card I wanted, and mail it to you which I promptly did. Then you mailed whatever card you had laying around. You could have easily called me to let me know you were out of the Darden Restaurant card, wouldn't get it for 2 weeks, and would I like the WalMart card instead. I could have told you then that I don't like WalMart and I don't shop there. The $40 FREE gift card has cost me time and money. I drove 54 miles round trip, sat for hours through Rob's spiel, let the estimator in on the wrong day, his tester didn't work so I gave him my new batteries, copied and mailed the estimate to you, made phone calls to you to find out what you wanted next, your sub couldn't help me and told me to call back the next day and the next and the next. So don't tell me that anyone would be glad to get a $40 FREE gift card; it's a matter of principle now. Is it too much to ask businesses to do their job and come through with their promises? Once AGAIN, I will do what you say and in a timely manner. I will mail back the WalMart card and hope that you can get it right this time by mailing the Darden Restaurant card to me in a timely manner (December 2, 2015).
I will not close out this case until I receive the Darden Restaurant card AND verify that it is activated.

there where 3 card in there for $15.00 not 2 that would have totaled 45 more then the $40.00 so I dont no what else customer wants we have done everything to make her happy and at this point nothing will make it right so we are done with trying to make it right.

We did go back to property to make sure that the job was complete correctly. How ever Mrs. [redacted] has not contacted our office regarding any other issues. That was over 3 years ago. We would be happen to do a evaluation of the bills. When people look at the utility bills that just look and...

the cost and yes every ones utility bills have gone up not down the utility companies have been raising the cost on our bills every year. The customers are not looking at the usage. The customer can send in there bills for 2 years that the MLI was not in there home and the 2 years that the MLI was in there home and it would need to but the same months to compare. The bills can be sent to [redacted]. [redacted]

This customer keeps coming up with more and more problems. Her concern was not getting the credit for the 30 percent solar and that has been addressed and can be taken care of by filing the correct paperwork. I would be very surprised to find her attic has moisture in it this product was develope from the nasa technology for the space shuttles and is made to let moisture pass through it has small hole in the alum so there is no changes for there to build up moisture. Again this is a way for the customer that is having buyers remorse We have done everything that needs to be done regarding this Revdex.com complaint close file. It is apparent that there will be no way to satisfy this customer we will not remove the insulation. again her 30 percent will be credit to her is she files the correct paperwork and that was was what she was asking for.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I explained there were no permits need to finish a bedroom in our basement.  I attempt contacting her for two weeks with no reply. File another complaint with Revdex.com and then she replies with this nonsense. She claims she can't compare my bills, but then states we have had less usage than prior to the insulation.  She inconsistent and is continuously looking for ways to get out of their warranty guarantee. I have supplied everything requested, numerous times. The only thing not supplied is her request for a permit that never existed.  She never mentioned square footage concerns until three weeks after having me resend utility bills. As I mentioned before she is keeps coming up with new reasons why they shouldn't have to back their product.

I work so Ms [redacted]a will need to set up an appointment to have someone come and check on the attic. also my roof is new was done 2013 there is no way there could be a leak. Ms. [redacted]a needs to show me where on irs.gov that a solar attic fan and a solar blanket insulation can be up to a 30% tax credit.  as far as I have been told this line 1 on 5695 tax form applies to off the grid type of solar electric systems or solar electric system put on homes in the city to reduce their electric bills with the utilities.  i don't want a reply from Ms. [redacted]a to say that you can do this, I want proof from irs.gov.  I want an actual document from irs.gov and not the tax form.
