This is the 3rd response that we have answered regarding Mrs [redacted] complaintFirst of all the customer has been given completely the wrong information from the audit companyThey have told Mrs [redacted] that we installed radiant barrier in her attic which is incorrect the MLI that was installed in Mrs***'s attic is not radiant barrierRegarding he stating that it is a fire hazard is incorrect it has been tested and passed the UL1715/UBC26-test it is a class rating in like the radiant barrier which is a fire hazardIt has also passed the NFPAfor thermal barrierMrs [redacted] stated that is was not installed properly but has refused to let us to come and inspect it and make sure that everything has been done per the contractMrs [redacted] is going off of an audit company that has given her totally incorrect information most likely a company that is trying to install more insulation for herWe have tried to make this right but customer refusesThere is nothing else that will be done for Mrs [redacted] and the product will not be removed Renee

I kept calling you because your business practices are so flawedIf you had done your job in the beginning, we wouldn't have this ridiculous conversationThe estimator came over the wrong day, I didn't know he was supposed to give me a certificate to mail to you and apparently he didn't either, and you don't trust him or his copy of the estimate just in case he actually didn't come overYou told me to make a copy of the estimate, let you which gift card I wanted, and mail it to you which I promptly didThen you mailed whatever card you had laying aroundYou could have easily called me to let me know you were out of the Darden Restaurant card, wouldn't get it for weeks, and would I like the WalMart card insteadI could have told you then that I don't like WalMart and I don't shop thereThe $FREE gift card has cost me time and moneyI drove miles round trip, sat for hours through Rob's spiel, let the estimator in on the wrong day, his tester didn't work so I gave him my new batteries, copied and mailed the estimate to you, made phone calls to you to find out what you wanted next, your sub couldn't help me and told me to call back the next day and the next and the nextSo don't tell me that anyone would be glad to get a $FREE gift card; it's a matter of principle nowIs it too much to ask businesses to do their job and come through with their promises? This customer keeps coming up with more and more problemsHer concern was not getting the credit for the percent solar and that has been addressed and can be taken care of by filing the correct paperworkI would be very surprised to find her attic has moisture in it this product was develope from the nasa technology for the space shuttles and is made to let moisture pass through it has small hole in the alum so there is no changes for there to build up moistureAgain this is a way for the customer that is having buyers remorse We have done everything that needs to be done regarding this Revdex.com complaint close fileIt is apparent that there will be no way to satisfy this customer we will not remove the insulationagain her percent will be credit to her is she files the correct paperwork and that was was what she was asking for.***

Mrs [redacted] tax accountant didnt fill out the correct paperwork for solarIt is a form line number if it was filled out correct she would have recieved the percent creditMrs [redacted] chose not to have mountain energy do the whole job so we credited her for the part we didnt installWe didnt have to remove her siding it was a small part of the fashia under the gutter which we have to do all the time for area that can not be accessedWe will not remove the fan or the blanket we completed the contract to the customers request the customer chose not to put complete the jobThe customer need to fill out the correct tax form for the percent if they would have contacted our office we would have instructed them on the correct form***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I explained there were no permits need to finish a bedroom in our basement I attempt contacting her for two weeks with no replyFile another complaint with Revdex.com and then she replies with this nonsenseShe claims she can't compare my bills, but then states we have had less usage than prior to the insulation She inconsistent and is continuously looking for ways to get out of their warranty guaranteeI have supplied everything requested, numerous timesThe only thing not supplied is her request for a permit that never existed She never mentioned square footage concerns until three weeks after having me resend utility billsAs I mentioned before she is keeps coming up with new reasons why they shouldn't have to back their product Sincerely, [redacted]
