Mr. [redacted] wife had first initially made contact with our employee [redacted] in a very unprofessional manner. our company. On 6/29 the [redacted] called the office and spoke to my self and we discussed the issue at hand. I then in turn called our Client who we work for Liberty Energy and discussed the issue. Our client then in turn instructed me to not make contact with the [redacted]'s and have them contact Liberty Energy if they had any questions since Mountain works for Liberty Energy and does not do private work but just Utility work. We did not trespass on anyone's property since we were working for the Utility company and we carry all the proper insurances to do so. If we were working directly for the [redacted]s we would have provided them anything they needed. Also note the [redacted]s wanted a third tree taken down that had no issue with the power lines. The third tree they say of is the [redacted]s responsibility. This matter is between Liberty Energy and the [redacted]s and not Mountain F Enterprises. Thank you

Review: Mountain F Enterprises is a tree cutting company that contracts with utilites. They have trespassed on my property and are in violation of the scope of work that I had agreed to with Liberty Utilities. The arborist assigned to this project, Isaac Rubalcava, had reviewed the scope with me on 6/17, 6/18 and 6/19. He did not identify as an employee so I thought he was of authority. He did not follow up on outstanding matters. On 6/29 I received a call from neighbors that work was being done on our property despite this. We contacted Mountain F Enterprises. My wife spoke to somebody that identified as owner. He said he would check into it and was given my cel phone. No call back occurred. We called Mountain F and I was transferred to HR. I must say [redacted] tries to help, but she is not able to solve the matter, nor is she even allowed to provide the name of the owner or their contact information. So, we have trespassing, trees on our property that are partially cut down, a tree that has been comprised, we have no proof of liability insurance if there was an accident and Mountain F will not convey what scope of work they received from the utility company or provide us with their contact at the utility company to address any discrepancies in scope. We have a multitude of calls on this topic and are trying to do the right thing but we are responded to with brick walls and bullying by the onsite guy. This is a renegade operation where the onsite person has lied his way through it. He refuses to acknowledge that a portion of the work is our property as the tree is straddling our property line. Additionally, by removing two of three trees and not removing the third tree that was supported by the trees that were cut down, they have placed a risk and an undue liability on us.Desired Settlement: Respond to the open items, provide insurance as committed and facilitate a conversation between Mountain F, the utility company and us to resolve any discrepancies.
