Mountain Flow

I ordered warter filters for a Whirlpool refrig. the ones sent were too long. I have not received a responce form Mountain Flow.
I ordered water filters for a Whirlpool refrig. on or about 01/20/20. I got the number of the filter from the existing filter. When the shipment arrived, I noticed that the ones sent were approx. four inches too long. I have sent email notices to Mountain Flow on 2/1 and 2/5. they have not responded to either note. I would like to sent these filters back and exchange for the correct size. The do not include a phone number or address on their web site. I am more than willing to send these back for the correct size or a refund. Thank You.

I placed my order online with this company on 1/22/20 expecting my order to be shipped in 2-3 days as noted on the website. But as today, I still have not received or heard from the company. I have sent 2-3 follow up since and tried to call the phone number listed on the company website, but gotten no results.

Please help! I hope this company is real.
