I was taken care of by the son ([redacted]) of the owner. He was more than welcome to answer all of my questions (which were very technical); he even took the time (~20 min) to explain the whole water-softening process over the phone(!). I always corroborated his answers/explanations with some research (being that I'm new to water softening), and I have to say that they were all true. Not at any moment did he try to up-sell me. He provided suggestions according to my concerns, and questions; no sales pitch, at all.
The installer was very polite and professional. The installation ( ~1hr 45 min) was fast and smooth; it shows these guys know what they're doing.
This is the Hunter , the son mentioned in this review. Im sure that with all of the kind words shared here that the 1 star review was an accident. Hopfully this can be changed at some point ;)
