I have researched and searched for service dog providers for three years before deciding on Mountain High Service Dogs What made my decision was meeting with them personallyTelling them what we needed and what they expected of us and I of them They have been very easy to work with, always available when trouble arisesOur first dog had to be retired earlyMy daughter's seizures were so extreme the wore on himMHSD was quick to help us find a better fitWe have since moved to another state and they are still available and even travel to us They are direct,honest, and play no games when it comes to their training and their clientsCould not have asked for better trainers and better dogs
Also, they have a very extensive contractIn that contract it stays expectations of dog, family, trainer, and handlerIt is easy to read and understand

Mountain High its training our month old pure bred German Shepherd puppyWe have been very pleased with the progress our puppy has made and can already see how the work that the trainers at Mountain High are doing with her is increasing her value to us as a member of our family and as a dog that does well in public settings

When we decided to get a service dog for our daughter, we called around to every service dog place that we could find, in, and outside of ColoradoMaking our decision was easy because of the way that they handled our tough situationThey drove up to meet us at our home and brought two of their highly trained dogs for us to meet; and they did it within a day of our asking!
They are always there for us, every step of the way and when they found our beautiful little girl, we were able to meet with her at the trainers home every time that we asked to see herShe is the sweetest dog! They took us out in public and really worked with our daughter to make sure that they were the perfect matchThey even set a date for our fundraiser to meet our friends and family so that everyone could ask questions and meet the crew!
We couldn't be happier with MHSDWe have so much love and gratitude towards every one of themI can't thank them enough for saving our family!

I have had the opportunity to watch Mountain High Service Dogs work with their clients on the training of their service dogs pertaining to the specific tasks to better the lives of their clients. The trainers were professional and displayed patience with both the dogs and their clients during the training phase and that continued after the placement of the animals with their new handlers. They were quick to offer guidance and support to not only the specific individual that would be with the service dog but also to the family members to make the transition of the dog into the home go as easy as possible for all concerned. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone I knew who was in need of such a service.

I really enjoy how this company works and what they do for families in need of a dog, so they can live their life better knowing their is a dog in their home to protect them and be ready for anything. I also observation Candy the owner of the company with a few tests to see how the service dog is doing with the owner. Mountain High Service Dogs has been a great help to my son. They found a dog that was just the right temperament and size for our son and our family. The trainers did a great job doing the initial training of our dog, and ever since then, they have come out to work with our son on a regular basis to help him with his part of the training. He has Autism/Asperger's, and they have done a great job of working both with the dog and with my son patiently. They work with him at his speed, professionally and with care for both my son and the dog. They work with him on the training of the dog and his bonding with her so that they have a great connection. Throughout all of our interactions, they have been honest, caring and easy to work with.
