I spoke with Mr [redacted] on March 7, 2016, at 9:am I explained the following details concerning the heating system in the house that he purchased from Ms [redacted] Bonito River Services replaced a number of indoor, radiant baseboard heaters for Ms [redacted] At the time of the service, the boiler was working satisfactorily BRS personnel discussed the condition of the boiler with Ms [redacted] , and suggested that she consider replacing it in the near future At that time, she opted to replace the indoor radiators, which were in very poor condition BRS performed all of the services that she authorized at that time Ms [redacted] did not authorize the replacement of the boiler Upon completion of the replacement of the indoor radiators, the entire system was checked for proper operation The system was heating and functioning satisfactorily at that time The services that BRS performed were completed to the existing home owners satisfaction The scope of work was completed prior to Mr [redacted] taking ownership of the home from Ms [redacted] BRS returned to the home after Mr [redacted] assumed ownership, in order to repair a faulty fitting on one of the indoor units This was done under warranty, and there was no cost to Mr [redacted] BRS has performed only the work authorized by Ms [redacted] Mr [redacted] accusation is completely unfounded Sincerely, Art D***.Owner, Bonito River Services

I am rejecting this response because: I did speak with Bonita River Services (BRS). It was mostly a one sided (his) conversation. Ms Patron is unlikely to have spoken to him as she had already moved from the area and the local realtor arranged the work with BRS. BRS returned to the job site to fix faulty or in completed work on 3 occasions. BRS was well overpaid for minimal inferior work.I would expect no other response from this company and plan never to use them or to recommend them.
