[redacted] Hello [redacted] ,In response to complaint [redacted] from [redacted] , we would like to send a replyAfter the job was completed in August 2015, we returned not just once, but a second time alsoHe was also making unreasonable demands and nitpicking to find fault where there was none on purposeWe did not drop the subject, but had continuously sent him past-due bills on a regular basisAfter conferring with a collection agency, we found out that [redacted] has a long history of this type of activity and behavior as a way of defaulting on bills and servicesAt the time, he was acting as representative at the [redacted] We believe he collected money from the others and kept it for himself, we have no proof of this, but according to his history as described by the collection agency would seem to confirm thisWe have no desire to make any other settlement and demand our money in full as soon as possibleIn years of service to our community, this is the first time we have EVER felt inclined to send an account to a collection agencyIn addition to that, although we are not members, we enjoy an A+ rating with your agencyAs it is in collections, and out of our control now, no other correspondence including with your organization will be received by usIra W [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In my opinion this was a pathetic response to the complaintThe response was full of mistruths and hearsay They obviously didn't read the part about providing facts They did come back to the job twice after I requested them to respond several times only to try to explain away their carelessness They never sent numerous bills They immediately offered to reduce the bill by $and have the HOA clean up their mess I told them that I would look to have the mess cleaned up and deduct it from the bill After attempting to do that I discovered that the only fix was a repaint because you can't remove oil based asphalt sealer from stucco I have six eyewitnesses that are owners of condos here that can describe the mess they left behind The last bid I received to just repaint the areas affected by their carelessness was $ Needless to say we will need to choose a solution that will now in fact result in Mountain Maintenance paying us for the difference of their bill and the repaintI request that Revdex.com degrade this businesses standings as much as possible because their integrity is unworthy os a highly rated business Regards, [redacted]

In response to Mr***'s response to our response to his response,We repeat our initial response in saying this is this man's attempts to get out of a financial responsibility for a signed contractThis is the first and only collection attempt we have felt compelled to make in years of businessyears, which I might add, that we have provided services for county governments, gated communities, and expensive hotels within and around the ski resorts and for the ski resorts themselves in our areaWe enjoy the confidence of these types of entities as being repeat vendors over and over againWe found out from the collection agency that Mr*** is notorious for the type of behavior of stiffing contractorsOur answer is still the same that this matter is now in collections and should not be a concern to the Revdex.com nor effect our ratings whatsoever.
