Jun26, 2014Thought I was buying a Serta Posture Pedic mattressWhen it arrived at my house the mattress was damagedThe product I received was not a Serta but a GenericI tried to get my money back as I was no longer interested in their product The store referenced a disclosure on their receipt "No Refunds No Return" I had paid with a credit card and wanted a refundIn the interum I researched the mattress that was delivered and found it on a website for dollars deliveredI had payed almost dollars with delivery charges for a mattress which was supposed to be 50% off the retail during a sale which is avertised on a sign standing outside the store, Needless to say I am now furious and feel as if I not only a customer suffering from a bait and switch tactic but also misled on the sale which was not a sale at all but a scam to get people into the store"buyers beware"In that the first mattress was delivered damaged and we had already disposed of our original mattressWe slept on the damaged deliveryWe were still trying to get our money back to no availThe company "mountain mattress" would not budge and kept pointing at the disclosure on the receiptMountain Mattress handled the warranty issues with his distributorIn the meantime we decided to purchase a brand name mattress from a different distributorAll the time warning Mountain Mattress of the possibility of small claims courtMountain Mattress would not bendWe reversed charges on the purchaseWe had our money back for a couple of days and then it was reversed back to Mountain Mattress after the company sent a letter full of lies to the credit card companyThen the warranty came thru on the mattress which was damaged in the first placenow sitting in my garage the a new mattress this time without damageMy attempt to return this mattress fell on deaf earsI earnestly feel cheatedI regret doing business with "Mountain Mattress" and ask our community to boycott this business and pass the word- See more at: http://www.Revdex.com.org/southern-colorado/business-reviews/mattresses/mountain...⇄

I earnestly feel cheated I regret doing business with "Mountain Mattress" and ask our community to boycott this business and pass the word
