This is what happened to the order placed by ***Julia ordered1) Large 1/Mt Mc Kinley No Mushrooms and 1/Veggiemore, no mushrooms, No Artichokes2) Large Cheese Pizza3) 2x Side of Ranchwith BOGO coupon (Buy one, second one 50% off)Our employee did make a mistake while preparing pizza, He added
artichokes to the second half of the pizza, When it was delivered, customer contacted us and asked to speak to the managerWhen I took the call and verified the order information, I have apologized for the mistake and promptly offered her the replacement pizza and I instructed employees to make the pizza righ awayand delver it immediatelyWhen my driver delivered the pizza customer did not accept the pizza stating that she wanted two medium as a replacement (1x Med McKinely, no mushrooms and 1x Med Vegetarian, no mush rooms, no artichokes) , When I spoke to the customer again ,I mentioned that that it is not our policy to replace with pizzas of different sizeThen customer started yelling and screaming and using bad offensive language towards me on the phone, I have told her politely, if you use this kind of language, I will not be able to help you any further with your orderShe continued to speak to me offensivelyyou can see this by the language she used on ***Please find the attached order and *** remark by the customer Customer has also disputed the credit card transaction for this order, even tho customer did not return items originally delivered.Based on this, I feel customer has not only kept items of the original order but also expected replacement with two more medium pizzas for freeWe are a small business franchisee, we have policy of replacing items immediately when disputedIn this case, we did follow company policy and served the customer with best of our abilities.thank you

I am rejecting this response because: This is not what happened at allI refused to accept the pizza because it was not made correctlyThe manager was rude, and there are SEVERAL *** reviews having the same issues that I hadIt also shouldn't take THIS long to respond to a complaintThis Mountain Mike's is a horrible restaurant, and others have also had issues with the managerOther people were here when this happened and also couldn't believe the way the manager behaved and how badly the pizzas were made, not once, but twiceIt was way more than just having artichokes on the pizza, an entire piece of pizza was MISSINGHalf the pizza was vegetarian and the entire pizza was covered in sausageI asked for exactly what I ordered the first time and the manager delivered a mediumI didn't ASK for a mediumHe obviously shouldn't be managing a restaurant if he can't handle making the correct pizzas and handling it when they make a mistakeTerrible customer serviceThat is why they have such a horrible rating on *** and other customers having the SAME issues

First of all I want to apologize for your bad experience with my Mountain Mikes PizzaAs you know the largest challenge today is finding great people and getting them to delivery world class customer serviceIt is an ongoing challenge and I
appreciate you taking the time to let me know of the issues you had
Being overcharged- Unfortunately our PSystem had and update on 5/10/and I was unaware of the programing change with the half and half pizzasI will assure you I called our P.O.SSystem provider and I have fixed and tested it this morning verifying it is working with all sizes and types of pizzaYou were charged $and should have been charged $34.00, for your pizza
I am addressing ALL of the customer service issuesIt is a coaching moment for my team
FYI I have not received any e-mails, but my e-mail is mtn ***@vahoo.com
