very unsatisfied with the service
I ordered a pizza and some wings and they told me it would be about 30-40 minutes for delivery. well after about 3 calls to the store and 1hr and a half I finally recieved my order and when the driver arrived he said he was the only driver working which of course I did noty want to hear that from him after having a house full of kids and people waiting for dinner that was toatally unacceptable! if I would of know that up front I would of never ordered from them I usually order from different places and never had an experience like that and the worst part is they were not even far from where I live and of course I sent an email to them the next day and as of today have not heard a damn thing from them or the mgmnt will probably never order from them again and I will share my experience with everyone I can very dissapointed.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not what happened at all. I refused to accept the pizza because it was not made correctly. The manager was rude, and there are SEVERAL [redacted] reviews having the same issues that I had. It also shouldn't take THIS long to respond to a complaint. This Mountain Mike's is a horrible restaurant, and others have also had issues with the manager. Other people were here when this happened and also couldn't believe the way the manager behaved and how badly the pizzas were made, not once, but twice. It was way more than just having artichokes on the pizza, an entire piece of pizza was MISSING. Half the pizza was vegetarian and the entire pizza was covered in sausage. I asked for exactly what I ordered the first time and the manager delivered a medium. I didn't ASK for a medium. He obviously shouldn't be managing a restaurant if he can't handle making the correct pizzas and handling it when they make a mistake. Terrible customer service. That is why they have such a horrible rating on [redacted] and other customers having the SAME issues.

I am rejecting this response because: No attention is made to the fact that I was told they would not be wanting my business any further.

Company state: Customer was refunded on September 3rd.

Business states that the issue was addressed directly with the customer the same day of the interaction.. Customer came in and informed business that one of the pizzas was cold. The business replaced the pizza at no cost to the customer.

My family and I went to Mountain Mikes Pizza after not being there for over year. We walk in and we notice that its time for the lunch buffet. we did not see any pizza on the warmers so we asked is the lunch buffet going on they said yes, so we got two lunch buffets. We first went to the salad bar (since that was the only thing we could eat) and the lettuce wasn't washed properly it also had lettuce that had brown on it that wasn't good anymore. The jalapenos in the bar were just nasty. Completely old as well. so then I ate some of the salad (mostly just croutons). Twenty minutes past by until the first pizza came out it was a pepperoni, then I waited and extra 15 minutes for the second pizza to be put for the buffet. I noticed that as it came out the oven it had large bubbles all over it which means that the dough had not been put aside to let rise, they put in the oven right away and the only thing the guy did was pop the bubbles and put the pizza in the oven again. once it came out the pizza was completely destroyed. it had the overcooked bottom part completely off of the top layer of dough. Have never seen anything like that in a pizza restaurant. Then after the bad salad bar and just two pizzas that we got to choose from on what they call a "pizza buffet" which is false advertising, they bring out what I thought would be the best part which was the garlic sticks with cheese. I was completely floored when I grabbed a couple pieces and I noticed that the dough was just flat instead of fluffy like it should be. The dough was old it tasted like it had been sitting out for days then put in the freezer and taken back out to be put in the oven. It had a grey color to it also. The place is completely dirty the floor dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned in days. The place was so lonely that I don't understand why it wasn't clean if they had no customers in there. By far the worst food ive tasted and I cant believe how they keep their food and don't care of how it looks or taste or if its gone badProduct_Or_Service: lunch buffetDesired SettlementI think someone needs to look at this place and know that they are doing false advertising with their lunch buffet. We take pride in our work that's the reason people say we are one of the "Best in Town". We would like to clarify the details out of the complaint that [redacted] has submitted. So we will go with a point to point approach of the complaint.1. Our Lunch buffet starts at 11:00 am. However on slower days when the customers start coming in late for the buffet, we prefer to serve our customers with the best and freshest pizza . A pizza that has been kept under the warmer for 30 min will not look or taste good. So rather than keeping a 30 min pizza for a customer we prefer to serve our customers with the fresh pizza and sometimes made to order (i.e.) what they like (sauce preference, half and half pizza). 2. Our salad bar is changed daily and we serve the best and the finest ingredients on our salad bar. If by any chance the customer felt that the jalapenos on the salad bar were old, we would have loved if they would have the Manager on duty or employees know about this. However, as said above we try to use the best and fresh ingredients.3. The customer at one point in their complaint mentions that that the pizza had bubbles in it when it came out and at the end part of the complaint states that the dough was old. How can a pizza with a old dough had bubbles in it?. At Mountain Mike's we make our dough daily our dough is never frozen unlike some other pizza chains. We don't understand what kind of bubbles the customer is refereeing to but a small bubble on the edges of the pizza does not mean that the dough is old. The dough has to be kept in the cooler for certain period of time and only after that we can make a pizza out of it. Otherwise the dough will not only spread on the pizza base.4. The garlic bread sticks are made from the same dough we use for the pizza. The garlic spread is yellow in color we fail to understand how did the garlic bread sticks were "GREY" in color when they are made fresh to order.5. The floors at our location are mopped daily and we clean our tables as and when the customer leaves after having their food like any other restaurant.However, as said above we want our entire customers to have the best experience whether they are dining with us or ordering a pizza for takeout or delivery. If for some reason the customer felt that their experience was not the finest we welcome suggestions and complaints which will help us to make their experience more enjoyable with us in the future. Review: Im a singke mother went there with my four kids all under the age of 4 they mafe a mess and I went to the counter and asked for the broom the cashier ladie very polietlytold me it was fine she would clean it up. As im getting ready to leave the owner the woman comes out in front of everybody and tells me that " this is not excepitable" she embarassed me and was the rudest ladie I have ever met.Desired Settlement: My money of 17.00 back

One of the consumer's children was in the kitchen by the dough mixer where they could have got hurt. The children were out of control and unsupervised. All that was said to consumer was "wow , what a mess". Business would like to apologize if consumer felt offended. If consumer still believes they deserves a refund they are welcome to come in and they will receive the $17.

Review: Website states 14.99 any specialty, yet when you order the cost is off. You call the company and they say they do not honor their special but will offer you the same deal for 16.99...sounds like bait and switch to meDesired Settlement: I would like them to honor their promotion or remove it off the website

Review: ON 10/09/15 8:48PM I PLACED A PHONE ORDER OF A $14.99 1 TOPPING LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA WITH AN EXTRA TOPPING OF SAUSAGE DOUBLE CUT. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE (FEMALE) STATED A PRICE OF $17.27 AND I ASKED WHAT TIME DO YOU CLOSE? SHE REPLIED 9PM, SO I SAID I ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES TIL YOU CLOSE. SHE SAID THE PIZZA WOULD BE READY IN 15 MINUTES AND I SAID YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BE CLOSED SHE REPLIED NO THERE ARE CUSTOMERS STILL INSIDE EATING AND THE DOOR WILL BE UNLOCKED. WHEN I ARRIVED THE PIZZ WAS JUST COMING OUT AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS A 1 TOPPING WITH THIN CRUST AND I TOLD THE MALE THAT WAS THERE THAT IT WAS WRONG AND HE SAID WELL WE ALREADY COOKED IT AND GAVE NO EFFORT TO FIX MY ORDER I PAID FOR THE PIZZA AND WHEN I ARRIVED HOME WITH IT NOT ONLY WAS THE PIZZA STYLE WRONG THERE WAS NO SAUCE ON THE ENTIRE PIZZA ONLY CHEESE WITH HALF OF THE PIZZA WITH MEAT. Review: I ordered a pizza from this Mountain Mike's Pizza on November 12, for 41.98, and they then refused to deliver the pizza. I asked for the order to be cancelled, and they said it would be. A few days later the transaction cleared the bank account, I e-mailed their customer support and they said I'd have the money back in 8 business days, that was around the 14th of November. It's now December 7, and the money still isn't refunded to the card.Desired Settlement: I want a refund from this company, and this to be known about their reputation.

Review: I paid for my pizza using my debit card with pin number. When I received my bank statement I had been charged twice. Once as a debit, and then again as credit. I understand mistakes happen, so I called and spoke to the owner/mgr [redacted]. [redacted] said he would look into it and get back to me. [redacted] calls me to let me know he only charged me once. I then called my bank to dispute the charge. No problem, I have received a credit from my bank. However, because it is under $50 they will not go after this merchant for the money.Desired Settlement: I want the owner of this Mountain Mike's to issue a credit to my bank for the double charge.
