I am rejecting this response because: I understand that you require to see id,however you can't deny or refuse the completion of the transaction due to no id[redacted] refused to complete the transaction because I didn't show him my id.second of all,it was a debit card with a [redacted] logo on it and signed.it is not a true credit card.I'm going to file a complaint with [redacted] because your organization has violated this policy and seek further action

After receiving the complaint, we researched how *** and *** would like us to handle situations like thisWe came to the conclusion that if the back of the card is signed and the customer does not want to
show id, then we will still accept this as payment however if the back of the card is not signed then we will require the customer to show idWe apologize for this issue and we have re-trained our staff

I am rejecting this response because:no refund was given nor did I get my food

Business states that the business was closed on the day the order was placed. All orders placed online were credited the next day. Consumer should have received refund by now.

Review: Walking into Mountain Mike's Pizza in [redacted] next to [redacted] they have there daily deals sign. For Tuesday it says all large pizzas 40% off. I ordered my large pizza, paid and walked to [redacted]. Having never been to this place before, I thought about the price of approximately 26 dollars. I went back to wait, asked the clerk if my price included the 40% off. He said, the customer has to verbally mention the 40% to be applied. When you have a daily deal, it does not need to be mentioned when it's posted on your door. That's the biggest scam I have ever seen. Needless to say, I'm sure it's against the law to advertise the. Require customers mention the advertising on. Your front door. Needless to say, this will not be my pizza place. Glad I stooped to see what kind of stammered this place is.Desired Settlement: I would like, at the very least a free pizza to make up for the money I had to pay. Most importantly, this company needs to honor there deal without mention.

Review: First, discomfort from being intensely watched, then bad food, then then being chased down outside and being called names and told we were stealing.

Went to Karate Practice yesterday July 3rd, 2013 in Natomas. Afterwards attempted to treat my boys to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Natomas since we had another class to go to later. Entered it was HOT inside like the AC wasn't working. I bought their all you can eat dinner buffet, on the menu said $4.99 for kids under 10. The old guy (Father, or something) gave me a look, and went to the back and asked the Owner. He returned stating "no key for kid buffet." I bought all you can eat salad for myself. When I attempted to get pizza for my boys there was only 3 pieces of cheese and a bunch of others with pork, which we don't eat. So I let the boys get 1 slice of cheese each and something else they can pull the pork off of, there was another kid I'm sure she wanted cheese. But after finishing one plate of 2 little slices and pulling everything off the one including the cheese and pretty much eating bread, they still did not have another cheese pizza out. During my boys eating I served myself salad and sat down to eat, I ate a cucumber and it tasted terrible. When I went back to get more salad leaving the cucumbers on my plate I inspected the cucumbers in the bar and noticed they were slimy with strings as you pulled them apart. YUCK. I told the old man and showed him. He proceded to pull out the worst looking cucumbers with the utensil and placing them in his hand. Then he moved over to the sink and threw them in the garbadge and washed his hands. During my second little salad I ate a piece of BREAD/crust from the boys plates. He watched me intensly, as he did when I was eating my first plate of salad kept walking over to see if I had pizza on my plate. Very disturbing eating and being watched. The old man then came over while I was eating the crust NOT PIZZA and said "You not supposed to share" I said "its crust" he says "No Sharing allowed, NO SHARE". The Owner did come around and ask everyone if everything was okay due to the heat I think, I said "Yes, thank you." My boys wanted more pizza, tired of waiting I let them get another peice which I thought was chicken and it was, but with bacon when I took a bite to test. The old man glared at me. I picked up the pizza and took it to the counter and asked of they were going to make more cheese, The owner said he would get one right out. It was soon time to go back to class. Finally a Cheese Pizza Came out, I let the kids get 2 Pieces each and eat 1, I told them to carry out the last piece and lets get to class. As we were 100 + feet from the pizza place just about to enter the Karate class I hear yelling "EXCUSE ME" repeatedly, Guess who, The Old man He approached me "You cant take pizza out" I said "it's 1 slice" "No, can't take Pizza You CHEAP!" I said "WHAT" I said you want the pizza and I shoved it at him. I WAS LIVID. We went into class and sat down. I couldn't take it, How dare he chase us down take my boys pizza from them. I told my boys to wait in class. I went back to the pizza place I calmly at first told him "how dare you chase down my 2 boys and take their pizza. We Paid. You took for ever to get out another cheese pizza and we had to go". He yelled "Your STEALING" I said "what They carried out their piece of pizza" He said " NO YOU CARRY OUT , YOU NOT PAY" I SAID "AND YOU WANT TO CALL ME CHEAP YOUR RINSING OFF ROTTEN CUCUMBERS TO SELL, THEIR SLIMY, YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF CHASING DOWN KIDS WHO PAID AND TAKING THEIR PIZZA!" He kept yelling "YOUR STEALING" The owner apologized tried to make him stop but he wouldn't shut up. That was the WORST meal EVER!Desired Settlement: I didn't pay to be Hot indoors, stalked and watched while I ate and called names. I just want my $ back. Appalling.
