I would strongly discourage anyone from using this companyThe technician who performed the glass installation did not use the correct clips to reattach a panel located under the hood of my vehicleDue to this error the panel came unattached causing damage to the hose for the windshield wiper fluid and completely cutting off flow of the fluid to the windshield sprayersI took the vehicle to my local dealership as I was unaware of the cause of this problem, which resulted in a bill of over $to have the hose repaired
Mountain Mobile was contacted about the problem once the cause was determined and they did agree to replace the missing clips with the correct onesThis initial contact took phone calls in order to actually speak with a person who could help with the situationAt that time the technician stated that they would reimburse me for the cost of the diagnostic work and repairs at the dealership and indicated that this would not be a problem at allApproximately one week later I was contacted by a secretary who informed me that the correct clips were now in stock and we again discussed the reimbursement and she indicated that this would be doneI provided a copy of the dealership receipt to the technician who installed the clips the next day, and he also stated that the reimbursement would not be an issueI spoke with the secretary the following week who stated that the manager was in the office that day and they would be sending out a checkAfter waiting days I still had not received this check so I called and spoke with the secretary againShe then stated that they had lost the receipt that I had provided for them and needed me to resend itShe had no explanation for why I was told days earlier that the check was being mailed when in fact they had no intention of doing soI sent a second copy of the receipt and was promptly called by the manager, who had never deemed it appropriate to speak with me about any of theses issues in the prior monthShe rudely informed me that they would not be reimbursing me any money for the repair and diagnostic feesAs we were discussing why I had been informed by different employees at her company in the prior month that this would be done she proceeded to hang up on the call while I was speakingI attempted to call back several times over the next hour and the office phone was never answeredI was then forced to take action through my insurance company in order to receive the reimbursement and they are currently attempting to negotiate with Mountain Mobile for this payment, however per the insurance company the manager continues to refuse to speak with them about the matter
I found this company and its employees to be unhelpful, unprofessional and very difficult to deal withI do not trust that my glass installation was done properly due to the issues that I have experienced thus farPlease save yourself the hassle, frustration and worry that I have experienced and choose another glass provider in the area

Due to this error the panel came unattached causing damage to the hose for the windshield wiper fluid and completely cutting off flow of the fluid to the windshield sprayers. I took the vehicle to my local dealership as I was unaware of the cause of this problem, which resulted in a bill of over $100 to have the hose repaired.

Mountain Mobile was contacted about the problem once the cause was determined and they did agree to replace the missing clips with the correct ones. This initial contact took 3 phone calls in order to actually speak with a person who could help with the situation. At that time the technician stated that they would reimburse me for the cost of the diagnostic work and repairs at the dealership and indicated that this would not be a problem at all. Approximately one week later I was contacted by a secretary who informed me that the correct clips were now in stock and we again discussed the reimbursement and she indicated that this would be done. I provided a copy of the dealership receipt to the technician who installed the clips the next day, and he also stated that the reimbursement would not be an issue. I spoke with the secretary the following week who stated that the manager was in the office that day and they would be sending out a check. After waiting 12 days I still had not received this check so I called and spoke with the secretary again. She then stated that they had lost the receipt that I had provided for them and needed me to resend it. She had no explanation for why I was told 12 days earlier that the check was being mailed when in fact they had no intention of doing so.
