The customer Ordered a pre-order item with an ETA.ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival Estimated is not a concrete time frame, but an estimated time frame.All orders are charged automatically when orders are placed.The 4.5% fee is indicated on our website for all orders that are cancelled.The customer only needed to wait a few more days and our production run was complete.This is a NON issue as customer seems to not be aware that ETA is not a set date andproduction runs can fluctuate by 1-weeks sometimes
