To Whom it May Concern, The property has had several roommate changes The legal docs outlining the transfer of occupants are confidential and cannot be attached in this responseThe deposit will remain on file with MNP until ALL parties have moved outThis has not happened yetRoommates have come and gone but the original lease is still in place along with the deposit that was placed on the property at time of original move inAll roommates transferred deposits between themselves as outlined in the agreement without any issuesHad Ms [redacted] handled the deposit as outlined on the legal binding contract, she would have received her portion of the deposit from the incoming roommateSincerely, Dian R [redacted] Broker AssociateProperty Manager

This is a TERRIBLE company, do not use them!! Every month we have billing issues; they either bill us too much, not enough, or not at all When you call to get it fixed their employee Shelley tells you that she's already been there all day and she's too tired to look into it today (she actually said this to me!) We are in an older building and frequently have issues (not their fault), but they are slow to respond if they even respond at all The owner Justin is very nice and promises that he'll get everything taken care of, but he never does We had a water leak after the last big snow storm and had water damage on our ceiling, floors, and copier machine It's been TWO MONTHS and nobody has even bothered to come look at anything and Justin is no longer returning my calls or emails It's very disappointing considering we pay a lot of money for our units each month Avoid this company!!
